I even sent the guy an email detailing what would kill the deal and to please give me full disclosure. I told him that anything wrong with the car other than what we discussed prior and I would not buy th the deal and to please give me full disclosure. The car had multiple cosmetic flaws inside and out and had fender damage that was 1/2 way repaired. Car fax showed clean...but obvious paint work! This car was obviously ran hard in its short 24k life Staff was rude and cold and didnt care at all that I walked out on the deal. They didnt even try to negotiate, not like I would buy the car anyway. I wrote the 2 Managers over Mr. Hobbs and I have yet to recieve a response. Looks like they are just a shady used car dealer with Toyotas name on it. More
While having a warranty repair done, I decided to have an oil change done by the dealership. This dealership failed to properly reset the maintenance required light, but worse yet failed to put 5 quarts of o oil change done by the dealership. This dealership failed to properly reset the maintenance required light, but worse yet failed to put 5 quarts of oil back in the car. Luckily I checked out my oil level and added 2 quarts of oil back into the car. They said the car must be burning oil. A Toyota car with 37,000 miles burns oil? They would not even reimburse me for the so called oil change. The customer service here is lacking. More
The sales and support staff were very slimy. I particularly didn't like being scammed at every point in the sale. For instance they would add a bunch of things to the contract hoping we wouldn't n particularly didn't like being scammed at every point in the sale. Had I not noticed they would have gotten us for thousands in unnecessary add-ons and service. They repeated this process multiple times. They also scammed us on the price and interest and refused to disclose the MSRP when requested. I told them I would never return and they didn't seem to care. This is perhaps one of the most dishonest dealerships I have dealt with in my life. More
We went car browsing one weekend with no intention of purchasing a vehicle for a couple months. We were in the market for a hybrid and Casey not only had a Prius V but also a Prius plug-in to drive. Vlad was extremely helpful, and did not pressure us to buy, but instead provided us with lots of useful information and really asked great questions to help us weigh the pros and cons between the two vehicles. I have shopped for a car on and off for the past year and have often been turned off by the feeling that the car salesman was pressuring me or trying to scam me, but Vlad was so honest and straight forward that we decided to buy the car from him that weekend. He got us a good deal and worked very hard to our benefit. I would definitely recommend working with Vlad. More
I bought a new car from this dealer and after all of the mechanical problems I had with it, decided to trade it in for another make at another dealer. I returned to get a refund on my extended warranty and mechanical problems I had with it, decided to trade it in for another make at another dealer. I returned to get a refund on my extended warranty and have yet to receive it. It has been two months. The finance manager will not return phone calls. Overall, the customer service at this dealership is the worst I have ever experienced! Most often they lie, don't return calls, or blame things on a co-worker. I do not recommend visiting this dealership. More

Searching for a Highlander Hybrid we went to this dealer where we bought our Camry Hybrid. The sales people were helpful, but the Sales Manager on that night did not want to sell us a hybrid. Telling us it would take 3 months to get one and the hybrid was not worth the added cost, that one of the gas models they had in stock would be just as good. This dealer had no literature for the Highlander Hybrid and could not even provide us with an accurate price--just "about this much". They boasted that they were one of the largest dealers for Toyota in the area, and therefore would get the Hybrid before others. That same week we went to another dealer in the area and they gave us literature on the Highlander Hybrid--but they had none in stock. We went back to Casey and gave a deposit on a Highlander Hybrid. We were supposed to be contacted the next day by the Sales Manager to discuss what we wanted and get further details and info.--we were never contacted. After three weeks we sent out e-mails to dealerships within a 1 1/2 hour drive of our home and found our Highlander! We will never buy another Toyota from Casey. That said, I do want to tell you that I will take our new Highlander Hybrid to Casey for service. Their service department is very good, responsive and customer-service oriented! More
I went looking for a replacement for my 2000 Landcruiser, with 210,000 miles on it. I went through Ellen, the Internet Sales Manager, but also dealt with Sean Casey and their Sales Manager. I could not hav with 210,000 miles on it. I went through Ellen, the Internet Sales Manager, but also dealt with Sean Casey and their Sales Manager. I could not have had a better sales experience. I was allowed to spend a significant amount of time with each car in which I was interested, getting to drive the Tundra, Sequoia, and Landcruiser. Although these were all quality cars, the choice for me was the Landcruiser. I received a price that could not be beat anywhere in the US, and drove away happy as a clam. My after-purchase experience has been equally rewarding, with excellent service from a very friendly staff. I have had interactions with Toyota dealerships from Massachusetts to Louisiana, and have never had a better experience than at Casey Toyota. More
