Without an appointment, drove in for my 2012 one thousand mile checkup. He attended to may need promptly and explained the operation of the radio which I could not master from reading the manual. After speaking to other friends that have purchased extended service plans from Toyota, I was informed that they paid far less than what I was quoted. Great Experience til after the sale. Amounts were changed and questions were not answered unless we went there in person. No one wants to help you after the sale or they will avoid phone calls, will not return calls or even ask who you are when looking into something for you??? How hard is ustomer service??? We over paid and they got us. If it does not involve them making money off of you, you are not worth the time. Brought our vehicle in for water leaks same week of purchase. Several weeks later water leaking horribly causing the sunroof to not work on occasion. We brought it in on a very rainy day and they were going to charge us to fix it. They said it was suppose to be checked by a dealer if brought back-but was never told to us??? Why would i pay if you did not fix it in the first place? Now there is water damage that they may not be able to be fixed due to the extent. They left the seat belt post is messed up making it unable to change the height of the seat belt and how it the allows belt to move. Which makes it hard being disabled to deal with. The water leaked and hopefully no damage occurred to any of the electronics or mold/water damage in unseen areas occurred. We canceled the warranty that was suppose to be free and we got not even half of it back. It was done prior to the 90 days but conviently that finance manager quit when we canceled it. We were looking into trading the vehicle in but no one ever got back to us. We dropped off for service that was never done and they were suppose to do a trade in value while it was there. Neither was done and we called at 6pm to find out neither was done and we dropped it off the night before. Service was not done due to who was going to pay to cover it. No one even bothered to call to say no one was doing anything. It took 3 months to get Robert in sales department to finally help us (no one else would deal with us). Chris G in the service department is helping us now get things fixed and is the best one there. More

We were not expecting the level of attention, interest, caring and effort we received. Every little detail was taken care of before our eyes. Seemed our questions were almost answered before we ask them. Everyone went out of their way to help us. This dealership (especially Jose) made the daunting task of selecting, purchasing and financing a new vehicle about as painless as it could be and we appreciate this type of positive buying experience. We felt the price paid was very competitive in today's auto marketplace. Our new Camry XLE is our first car purchased outside of the 3 big automakers in the U.S. We heard many good things about Toyota's before and from what we've seen, so far, it all appears to be true. We both really like this new Camry. Now, if my wife would only let me drive the car once in a while. When we are ready to purchase another new vehicle "down the road" (maybe a pickup truck next?), we'll contact Casey Toyota of Williamsburg first. We rated this dealership with all 5's (great), because as hard as they worked for us, nothing less is deserved. Good folks to deal with and we've made some new friends at the same time! More
