I bought a 2013 Prius through Ellen Stilwell using email & it was a great experience. I got the price & model I wanted. I wish I could spell the person name who did my paper work, he was great too. I was assigned Matt Hood for my Service Consultant. I have had several things done to the car & was in for my 5000 mile check up & the service is great. Just like Casey VW. I am very pleased with the Casey Family. More

This was my first car-buying experience, and Casey Toyota made it an easy and pleasant one. After getting fed up with the nonresponsiveness of Craigslist sellers and the overall anxiety I had about buying u made it an easy and pleasant one. After getting fed up with the nonresponsiveness of Craigslist sellers and the overall anxiety I had about buying used, I turned to Casey's used department and found exactly what I was looking for for a price I could afford. Melissa walked me through the whole process patiently, never pushy or demanding. There were a couple of times when I knew I was being pitched, but I didn't feel like I was being taken for a ride. The whole staff was so friendly. Special shout-out to receptionist Karen who, when I realized I was $0.99 short of the purchase price, said, "Oh, I've got 99 cents here!" and mechanic Dale who talked to me about Texas A&M football. A wonderful experience. I paid a price pretty comparable to what I was finding on Craigslist, and it came with not only new tires, topped-up fluids, a thorough cleaning, and a full inspection, but also a lot of peace of mind due to the warranty. My wife and I looked at several delaerships for new crossover SUV's. We looked at Hyundai, Honda and Toyota. When we showed up at Casey Toyota Allen Lind came up and introduced himself. He never once was pushy or tried to pressure sale us. He answered my questions and showed me various features. We came back another day and he made a point out of meeting us at the door and taking us for a test drive. When my wife and I decided we were interested we told him our preferences on colors and the search began. A couple of days later he called and said he had just what we were looking for. Let me say that in the beginning we were told we were looking for a difficult color and model combination. When we actually took possesion of the car Allen went through every option and took his time to make sure we were comfortable with the RAV and the options. I commented to my wife that I felt like I was staring at an airplane cockpit but Allen took his time and made sure I could opertae the different features, When the time comes to buy another vehicle my first stop will be Casey Toyota and specifically Allen Lind. We had to take my wife's Rav 4 in for service. The customer service we received was exceptional. We have taken our vehicles to Casey now for almost 20 years and it is this outstanding customer servic customer service we received was exceptional. We have taken our vehicles to Casey now for almost 20 years and it is this outstanding customer service that has lead us to purchase all 10 of our vehicles from Casey at Williamsburg. Katie Giford and Danny Tuck went way above and beyond the normal customer service. I cannot thank them for going way above the mark to make my wife happy with the repair of her Rav. I wrote a previous, negative review, about my experience with Casey Toyota. I bought a used car from them, and had it break down about two months later. Upon calling the dealership, there was some confusion with Casey Toyota. I bought a used car from them, and had it break down about two months later. Upon calling the dealership, there was some confusion about whether or not the repair would be covered by warranty. It took a while, but they put me in a complimentary rental while my car was getting fixed. The engine ended up needing to be completely rebuilt, and the work was completely covered by the warranty. Although my previous review was unfavorable, I feel like Casey Toyota redeemed themselves, and ended up taking really good care of me and my car. I’m very happy with their willingness to work with their customers to find a solution. More
I haven't ever written a review of anything but feel like i have to for this dealership because of the horrible experience it is each time i have to take my sienna in. i dread taking it in for oil chan like i have to for this dealership because of the horrible experience it is each time i have to take my sienna in. i dread taking it in for oil changes, inspections, flat tires...it is always a fight. Every time I drop my car off for any service I always get a call with a list of "recommendations". Being handy, we usually take care of these items ourselves (ex: brakes, filters..etc). We usually find that these "needed recommendations" are to needed at all. The van was purchased new in 2009 with all packages included and it has mini al mileage on it...not enough to warrant all the maintenance they say is so needed. The dealership where we used to live was phenomenal and I never had to fight anything but I have yet to walk out of this dealership feeling happy. I have had to fight every package that we bought (maintenance, tire protection, etc) and I always feel swindled. This is the WORST dealership I have ever dealt with! More

This is the second purchase I have made through Casey Toyota, and Melissa Gary ensured that it would not be my last. Melissa was thorough throughout the test drives, she provided pertinent information and demonstrated an excellent grasp of all the features of each car. She also seemed genuinely interested in getting me into a car that I wanted to drive, whereas in the past I’ve been more or less thrown off track by the salesperson wanting to impress me with the latest and greatest thing, or trying to sell me a feature that I didn’t really want or need. Additionally, when it came time to actually buy the car, she did an excellent job of ensuring that I understood the process, warranty features, and documentation. The wait times (however short) were explained, and even though there seemed to be a lot going on the sales floor, she made it seem as if I were the only customer in the place and ensured that the whole financing process went as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend Melissa Gary to anyone looking for a new car. More
