Very Happy with my Experience at Casey Toyota I went to Casey Toyota at first because they were a USAA Certified Dealer. I initially spoke with Caitlin via email. I had several questions, and we corresponded over several days. She was able to get the information I needed in a timely manner. She was polite and easy to work with. After getting the specs, I decided to drive up to Williamsburg. I was met by Caitlin, who introduced us to Anthony P. He was an excellent salesman. He had the keys in hand for the vehicles I wanted to test drive. I didn't have to wait. He didn't pressure me in my decision, and was very easy going. He isn't the typical car salesman that you might expect. I selected the FJ Cruiser. I received a very fair deal on it as well as my trade in. There was no hassle negotiating. They were fair up front, which eliminated the need to do much bargaining. The paperwork took awhile because they were able to accommodate us being military and having out of state registration. Even so, the dealership was comfortable. They had drinks, snacks and a clean showroom to wait in. Everyone we dealt with there was pleasant. I would buy from them again, and I will refer any of my friends in the market for a Toyota to Anthony without hesitation. More

Miles, Ellen, Katie Gilbert in Service and the entire Casey team took great care of us for the day while we explored our options, ultimately deciding to trade in the Camry for a 2014 RAV4. We are thrilled with our choice, thankful for their recommendations and assistance, and were psyched to be able to drive it home same day. A great experience My husband and I made an appointment with Robert Hobbs to look at the new Highlander.
