I had my three year old with me and they have a nice waiting area for kids and they also had fruit snacks and Ritz cracker packages. This was a nice touch. My only suggestion is to put one adult seat in the kids waiting area. My wait time was under an hour and they were really busy (and the fact I was late) so I was pleased. When we reached williamsburge I could tell the car was not running right so we took it to caseys Toyota. We were greeted by wonderful staff. when I told them our situation with us promising my daughter she would make it home in time for her dance show they assured me they would do their best to make that happen and they did. they got us a used part and fixed our car that day. We left 2am tues morning got home at 2:30 pm and my daughter was able to dance just like we told her she would. If it was not for the exceptional work Service Consultant Julianne Hessey and the mechanic that worked on my car none of this was possible.We were greeted helped and taken care of like I've never seen. I want to thank all the staff. Casey Toyota should feel proud to have the staff that works their. thanks again More

They were very reasonably priced and the whole dealership was friendly & patient towards us and our young children. We waited in a clean show room and were very comfortable.
