Since we've had it we have put tires as necessary on it, replace the battery, timing belt, water pump and alternator. We have driven all over the United States. We have defiantly enjoyed this car. My Wife has always been a Toyota fan since we first owned a Tercel in the 80's. After many miles, I had restored, painted and gave to my Son for College in Fl. The secret to Toyota's longevity is preventative maintenance. We kept up on all the recommended maintenance by the Dealers. I decided after 30 years of her driving demos it was time for her to enjoy luxury, so I surprised her with a new one. I went to Casey Toyoto, in Williamsburg, one for a Toyota, two the Warranty and their excellent service package. I was greeted but Mr. Badrara Sow on the lot. What a pleasant, polite, friendly and helpful man he was. He did not try to pressure me, but work diligently with me to find the perfect car for her. Even though the color was right, the style was not. We returned and she and Mr Sow found the one she loves. Everyone we dealt with from Mr. Sow, the Salesman, Mr. David Lowery, who explained all the ends and outs of all the technical operational parts inside, Mr. Mark Turner, the financial presentative, were beyond reproach. We felt that we were the most important person to them. The General Sales Manager, Mark Shebelski, even came out and introduced himself to us. The entire staff from the outside lot ,front door receptionist (sorry, I didn't get name), and all business personnel we were in contact were professionals. I would highly recommend all these people mentioned to anyone visiting this Dealership. I might add their lounge, lobby and especially the rest room were emaculate. Last, but not least, their prices are competitive. We drove away happy in our new car. More
The best experience at a dealership you could ask for! Badara was the first employee I ran into at the dealership. I was just looking at the 2018 Tundra Crewmax Off-road when he came out with the keys and Badara was the first employee I ran into at the dealership. I was just looking at the 2018 Tundra Crewmax Off-road when he came out with the keys and said let’s go. Test drive was amazing and we sat down and talked some numbers. They came to the sale price I wanted and started working on the numbers. There was a minor hiccup with an employee but will not say who because the GM Ron handled it immediately. While Badara was on vacation, Mark helped me further. Lanny from finance came out and talked to me as well, very personable. MR Hensel got us in and out with the paperwork quickly and was super professional! Needless to say I was impressed with my overall experience at Casey Toyota and they did whatever it took to get my business! Never was I pressured or any sleazy sales moves done. Now my mother will be coming in for basically the same truck because of my experience I told her about. More

I recently hit the 210,000 mark and as always, received excellent customer service when I came in for the oil change. Shawn was prompt, polite, answered all of my questions, and I left - as always - feeling treated very well. Nothing matters more to me than knowing that I am treated fairly, and that always happens at Casey Toyota. A special thanks to Shawn for continuing to make that happen. I'll keep coming back! More

Excellent buying experience John Ogden happened to be the sales rep on duty when I visited Casey Toyota. I'd never met him before, or been to this dealership. He answered all questions with well thought out answers. David Gabris, the sales manager, walked over and entered the conversation casually, yet professionally, and offered a good price on the vehicle I'd just driven. I left the dealership, and John followed up with me a day or two later in a low-key manner. Two weeks later I looked at a Hyundai Santa Fe, BMW X3, and Kia Sorento, always the high end trims. I returned to Casey Toyota and said I was ready to buy. Mr. Gabris located the high end model in the color and interior I wanted (at a dealership 80 miles away), and again quoted a very good and fair price. The vehicle arrived the next day, and the sale went smoothly. Particularly nice was the technology and operating systems detailed overview by David Lowey, the technology expert. I am very satisfied so far. More
Honest Dealership I purchase a lot of vehicles and other equipment. It’s getting very hard to find honest companies to deal with. I live an hour plus from Casey. I’d make the drive a thousand times before giving my purchase to some of the arrogant, non responsive dealerships out there. Casey is by far one of the best dealerships I’ve ever dealt with. David made my experience a non pressure great interaction. To sum things up, Casey listens to you and provides what you want, instead of trying to ram things that would benefit them down your throat! He was very personable, kind and knowledgeable and made the process of buying our Honda Pilot a great experience. The car was everything we were looking for so we were very happy with our purchase, but to have such a great experience with an excellent sales consultant was a bonus. We were impressed with the entire staff of the dealership including our finance manager named John - can't remember his last name. We would definitely consider doing business at the dealership again and ask for John Householder to be our consultant. We would also recommend the dealership and John to anyone we know.
