This time we dealt with Lisa DeVore and Miles Casey and the process was wonderful! Both where easy to deal with and really listened to our needs. Fast, simple and painless processes. Good purchasing experience with Casey I was looking for a used car for my son and had looked online and at all dealerships within the Hampton Roads area & had visited a few of them. I trav I was looking for a used car for my son and had looked online and at all dealerships within the Hampton Roads area & had visited a few of them. I traveled from Chesapeake to Williamsburg to look at a car we had seen on the internet. Upon arriving Lisa DeVore greeted us. She was very friendly and professional. We looked at the car we came to see and also she showed us a few others. The following day we came up with my son so he could look at what they had to offer. One of the selling points for us was the 2 year/200K warranty offered on the used cars. Most other dealers did not have this to offer or any warranty on cars with the mileage we were looking at. In the end we ended up purchasing a car that had more mileage and was higher priced than what we budgeted for but with the piece of mind that the engine and tranny will be covered for the next 2 years was a huge selling point for us. Hopefully we will not need to use the warranty but if we do I expect Casey will stand behind it. I would recommend Casey & Lisa to anyone in the market for a used car. More
Horrible experience I had an appointment to get my tires replaced, oil change and state inspection. After three hours, I called them to inquire about my car. Brandon then told me they didn't have the the tires in stock. He was sorry. I asked to be transferred to a service manager, and Brandon hung up on me. I called back and spoke to Stephanie, and asked to speak to a manager. She told me that they were on vacation. I then asked to speak with Miles Casey and was told that no he couldn't help. Stephanie then transferred me back to Brandon, who then couldn't tell me what was going on with the car and then hung up with no good bye. I bought my car from Casey Toyota, and that will be the last thing I spend there. More
1st Time Buyer - Great Experience Prior to my experience with Casey Toyota, I had never purchased a car on my own before. Luckily, I was in great hands! I had seen a vehicle online, Prior to my experience with Casey Toyota, I had never purchased a car on my own before. Luckily, I was in great hands! I had seen a vehicle online, however, when I went to the dealership Eric informed me that the car I was interested in was actually in Newport News. He offered to have the vehicle transferred to Williamsburg within the next couple of days. Two days later I test drove the car with Lisa and loved it. With no hassle, Lisa let me make my requests during the negotiation process and got me a great deal! She was kind, efficient and an absolute pleasure to work with. By the time I got to finance it was later on in the evening, but John got me in and out quickly. I hope that all of my future car buying experiences can be like the one I had last night. Thank you to Eric, John & especially Lisa!! More

Great experience Eric was great to work with and had us in and out in about 30 min. He sold us the Camry xse off the showroom floor. Eric was recommended by my brother in law after he worked with Eric a few weeks prior. I like Eric’s no BS approach and didn’t try to fill us with false hope. We told him what we wanted and he made it work. Danny in finance was great also he was polite, friendly and streamlined the finance process. All three of my vehicles are Toyotas and all are serviced at this dealership, but this was the first time I have purchased a vehicle from them. I will Be back in a couple years for a new tundra as Eric has already sold me on the new tundra hybrid that’s coming. More

Then by the time jumper cables were found, it turned out another salesman had an appointment for someone to see the vehicle and I could not purchase. More communication is needed between employees at the dealership. More

One of the best sales Reps I've dealt with in 50yrs The experience we had with Lisa was great. She is extremely knowledgeable with the ins and outs of the 2019 Tacoma, which we purchased. There was no pressure at any time to make a purchase. Having to wait for almost 2 hours for the credit department, which was not her fault, she helped make the wait bearable and we enjoyed quite a few laughs together. Kudos and accolades to Lisa. More
