We first came in and bought a 2019 toyota tundra, great looking truck for a used one, also paid for heated seats and was told we'll receive a call the next day to to have the heated seats installed, nobody called and after 2 days of waiting we had to call, and get the appointment scheduled, the appointment was setup for the heated seats for Thursday 09/26 but when i show up, not only did they not even order the heated seats but our sales guy John Ogden dropped the ball and never got with the installer which he wasnt even here because he came the day before on 09/25, so we have to schedule ANOTHER APPOINTMENT and waste more gas and time and hopefully theyll have everything ready. had a small chip in the glass called and scheduled a repair and got a appointment setup for Tuesday but nobody decided to tell us the repair guy only comes on Thursday so we wasted gas just driving up there for them to look at the chip and say "yup you'll have to bring it back Thursday" go to another place and buy a car, even facebook marketplace!!!! More

Eric helped me find the perfect white Toyota RAV4. Eric was so kind to drive the car up to me from VA to NC. I would recommend anyone looking to buy a car to hit up Eric! He will find you just what you are looking for. An incredible salesman, but an even more incredible man. He loves Jesus too! 10/10 for Eric! More
I would not recommend this place and will not be returning. I was a customer of theirs for about 3 years, and over the course of that 3 years service continued to deteriorate. The nail in the coffin was my last interaction with a sales manager who was extremely disrespectful to us over the phone. I have never been spoken to that way by anyone, let alone a person in sales and was truly shocked. He continuously interrupted us, talked over us, and yelled at us as we tried to calmly discuss the status of my car, and explain to him what his employee had apparently not filled him in on. Despite our complaints to Casey upper management and Toyota, this person appears to still work here (via the website). My advice is to tread carefully. More
Contacted to ensure the car we wanted to look at was on the lot. Told it was so we drove over 1 hr to see the vehicle (even had an appt). Given some crap story that internet sales people don’t always know what is on the lot. We didn’t contact internet sales. I spoke directly to a sales person (allegedly). Overall not a good feeling that they even know what cars they have. Sorry…cannot recommend since there are so many other dealers around. More
Be aware of Casey Toyota Williamsburg. Worse experience from any dealer in 30 years! I purchased a used vehicle there and the sales person was good overall. The vehicle however, was not ready to be taken home. Three days later they called me saying it was ready. I drove the car down the road and discovered multiple system were not working. Took the vehicle back and they found it needed a new accessory battery. Also, the AC compressor makes a loud hissing noise when turned on. They said its no problem. They also said the excessive water leak under the vehicle is normal for a Jeep. Additionally, the other significant issue was with the finance manager. After informing him that I was not interested in any extended warranties, he added one into my contract anyway. Didn't even explain the additional cost and no paperwork to review. I was a handed a thumb drive instead. When I got home, struggled to find my old laptop that had a USB thumb drive reader and discovered an extra $3400 cost added to my contract. I then called the finance manager back asking him to remove it from my contract. He promised it was not a problem to cancel the extended warranty and asked me to sign and email back the cancellation form and that I would get a refund in 4-6 weeks. Short story...it has been almost 9 weeks later and I still don't have this resolved. I called him back multiple times, no answered, I called Sales Manager and he said he has nothing to do with it but would make finance manager call me back. After 7 weeks, finance manager finally called back and said he didn't understand why I hadn't received a refund. He promised he would email warranty company at that moment and that I will be included in the email. Another week past and he did not call me back or send any emails. I ended up calling the warranty company myself and after more than 1.5 hours waiting they finally said no one from the dealer has ever submitted any cancellation paperwork. I then called the dealer to attempt to reach the finance manager again but I was told he wasn't available. Again, almost 9 weeks later and no resolution. The warranty company said most of the times, dealers delay cancelling in order to collect on their commission for selling these warranties. That would make sense now why they haven't take care of this. However, it is dishonest to add an unwanted warranty into a vehicle sales contract, it is dishonest to say it will be canceled, but not doing anything. It is dishonest to tell me on the phone that it was canceled when in reality it was not. I will never buy from this dealer again. I also called their GM and still awaiting a phone call back. More
