5/22/20 went to the Kia dealership not knowing if I could test drive a car or not during this pandemic. The service staff, management and sales staff find out about this and In no other words go above and beyond!!! For about a week they have fixed problems that couldn’t be for seen all on the integrity of there character. Getting me in a loaner and even on the day when the loaner car wasn’t enough for my construction company getting me my truck for a day to get materials to my job site before taking it back to work on more of the issues. And the most amazing thing about it they haven’t made me feel like a burden, instead they have shown empathy and understanding to my needs as a customer but above all a human being! So this is my chance to make it know and send out a heart felt thank you to all at Casy Kia that have put there hearts into this on my behalf. More

My son had an emergency on the road with his 3018 Kia Sorento. The vehicles was towed to Casey. The service department was very helpful with rental information and keeping us informed as to the status of Sorento. The vehicles was towed to Casey.
