Try to sell me a repair for a leaky AC compressor and had it verified by two other kia dealers who stated nothing was wrong with AC compressor! No will be doing business with Casey Kia due to up selling it verified by two other kia dealers who stated nothing was wrong with AC compressor! It took me three visits to the service department 1 by appointment and 2 unannounced visit to get them to correct the problem with my car,the service assistant Christine told me one thing the visit and t appointment and 2 unannounced visit to get them to correct the problem with my car,the service assistant Christine told me one thing the visit and they did totally the opposite I finally convinced them after 2 failed attempts that the car a Kia Forte had a bad ignition coil .I left the service department persuaded that they did not wanted to honor my warranty and when I came to pick up my car they were not very friendly at all.I rather have my car towed 50 miles away then to visit that dealership again. More
