Good luck trying to get anyone to return calls when you start having problems with your car ! My car was repaired by them and it didn’t fix the problem ! Was given conflicting information about the necessity of my service. One Rep said it was absolutely necessary, while another said I could wait until my next appointment. We've been pretty happy with Casey Kia service since we bought our car there in 2015, but our most recent state inspection visit left us feeling ripped off. They placed an order for two new tail light ass bought our car there in 2015, but our most recent state inspection visit left us feeling ripped off. They placed an order for two new tail light assemblies; telling us that our car would fail inspection without them, and placing a rejection sticker on the car until we returned to have the new assemblies installed. We paid for the order, but when we inspected the car at home, we discovered that only one tail light assembly was defective. We also noticed an extra charge on our bill for using a credit card. Casey Kia had never charged us for using a credit card before. After seeing our pictures of the two tail light assemblies, they admitted that only one needed replacing. They agreed to refund our purchase of the unneeded assembly and we refused to pay the credit card surcharge. Rather than refunding both charges to our credit card, the manager said he would "mail us a check." We are still waiting for the check. We're very disappointed to see the changes at Casey Kia. More
