My Kia was towed in with a flat tire Joey my service advisor and the young man that changed my tire were both friendly and very professional. I take my Kia there to be serviced routinely since I purchased it from them. By far since I purchased my Kia in 2016 this service advisor has been the best. We always discuss what the car needs and when. He helps me to know which item is more important when my money is tight and helps me in planning for my next visit what I should be looking at for budgeting purposes. More
Over after 5 years I have used this location to service my Kia Optima since 2014, which is when I moved into the area. My last experience has ensured that I will not be using these services moving forward. Generally, I understand and accept that no one person or business is perfect. But nothing drives me farther from a business than associates that do not accept responsibility for their shortcomings. I dropped my car off around 1:30 PM for service that should have taken about 2 hours (Service dept.'s estimate, not mine). I utilized the courtesy shuttle service to return to work. Most people would assume if you took the shuttle to work, you would need it to get your car. Apparently not the associate I was assigned to. I called the service department around 5:20 hoping for an update on my car, but my associate was nowhere to be found by the person that took my call. It was another 15 minutes before I received a return call in which the associate carried the conversation as though everything was fine. When I asked about not receiving a call, he said he called me around "3 something" and that my phone just "rang and rang." No apology, no accepting responsibility. In the 5 years I have been a customer, I have received numerous calls and voicemails attempting to procure my business (e.g., "it's time for an oil change, please call us back to schedule an appointment."). But this one time in which my business has already been secured, my phone did not send a caller to voicemail? Further, was my business not worth a follow up call at 4 or 4:30 or anytime BEFORE the shuttle service ended? Apparently no. Ultimately, I had to pay for myself to be transported to my wife's workplace and forced her to be inconvenienced with my son in tow to ensure I would have my vehicle for work the next day. In my line of work, time is literally money and your integrity is everything. Nothing grates my being more than someone lying and shirking responsibility. Seems the same cannot be said here. More

Things I didn’t like, my scheduled appointment took almost 2 hours, free oil changes are NOT FREE because they want to rotate your tires and add fuel additive at a price every 5000 miles (both things I can do), when they were finished and I went to my SUV it was parked where it was difficult to get out because of all the parked cars beside it in all 4 directions.
