I came in to Casey Kia after having my Sedona involved in an fairly severe accident. Knowing how extensive the damage was to my Sedona I was never going to be comfortable driving it again. Not knowing whether the insurance company was going to total the van or repair it yet I wanted to look for a Sorento to replace my van. The staff at Casey understanding the problem, was willing to make a deal regardless of what the insurance company did. They would take the insurance check if the van was totaled or if it was repaired, they would guarantee me a trade in price so I could drive away in my new car today. All of the staff who helped me were wonderful, caring, understanding and went above and beyond to help me. I loved my 2005 Sedona and drove it off the lot with 22 miles on it 8 years ago and am sad to part with it, but I walked away from a terrible accident with only a few scratches so I hope my new Sorento will be just as good to me as my van was. Thank you for everything!!!! More
I went in for a oil change on a service plan I'd purchased when I started the lease on my Kia Soul. Unbeknownst to Casey Auto Group, I'd had a terrible experience with another Kia dealership a year purchased when I started the lease on my Kia Soul. Unbeknownst to Casey Auto Group, I'd had a terrible experience with another Kia dealership a year ago. It turned out that when I purchased the service plan, the jerk who sold it to me pocketed the money and then never signed me up for the service plan. Worse, when I learned of this, it took two weeks of screaming, raving madness to convince the people at the other Kia dealership that I'd been wronged, and it involved threats of litigation, profanity, and intense arguments. It was, by far, the worst encounter with any organization I'd ever had, and I am an AT&T customer, so that's a profound statement. So when I went into Casey Kia, I was probably what I would call a "Problem Customer." Viewing all Kia Dealerships as an evil, incompetent, nightmare, I was tense from the moment I walked in the door. Service Adviser Christine Allen was kind and polite, and put me at ease... until something went wrong. It turned out my service plan had been erroneously cancelled, and I was going to be charged the $45 for the oil change. While that may not seem like much, I immediately had flashbacks of my previous encounters, and was furious that I'd been wronged once again. At this point, I was irrationally enraged, and ready to begin screaming, cursing, flailing my arms and generally behaving like a psychopath until burly mechanics were forced to toss me out of the garage. I approached Christine, who did what so few people in customer service fields can: she listened. She acknowledged I had been wronged and sympathized. She began to helpfully try to solve the problem. She went above and beyond, looking up numbers and expertly navigating through the dense maze of Kia's corporate structure, trying to find out what had happened. She was willing to get on a three-way phone call with me and the other Kia dealership, and helped me to find the problem. I then went out into the parking lot and shouted a bit at the people who had messed up, but I no longer associated them with Casey Kia. By her professional demeanor and competence, she'd in one fell swoop turned my opinion of Kia Dealerships around. Walking back in, I handed her the phone and she quickly set right what had been wrong, reinstating my plan. My car had already been serviced by this point, and I was free to go. So not only did Christine provide excellent customer service, she did so in every customer service professional's worst nightmare: an irrational customer enraged by something the agent had no control over. So thanks a lot to Christine Allen, for her patience and professionalism. I would definitely go to Casey Kia again. More

Ken was prepared to meet with us after a phone call about a vehicle. He answered all our questions and, after consulting with Charlie, was able to provide us with an acceptable deal. As soon as I entered the lot I felt welcomed. I was greeted by sales lady Carolyn Fite. Ms. Fite was quite knowledgeable of Kia’s product and had excellent customer service skills. Not once throughout the entire process did I feel rushed or pressured to make a purchase. The last time I purchased a car was 11 years ago; I was really dreading the process. Shaun Porter and Sales manager Charlie Wood also assisted with my wonderful experience. Mr. Wood offered me a great price on my trade in. He seemed to genuinely care that I was not only happy with my purchase but with the overall experience. I ended up with a 2013 Kia Soul. I absolutely love it! I would absolutely recommend this dealership to others. More

When we first arrived, your dealership was closed but Carolyn was eager to approach us and give us great info, despite the fact she was off the clock. Because of her, we decided to go back the next day and give her business. Everyone at Casey Kia was so nice and helpful. Carolyn definitely went above and beyond for me personally, as I was experiencing major back problems, and that alone made my husband and I feel at ease. We gave all fives on this rating because giving anything lower would not be acceptable to us. Thank you so much for everything! More

My salesperson was Carolyn Fite and in all of my 78yrs this has been the most pleasant and rewarding (Automobile) business dealing that have experience. Ms Fite knew her product and was able to answer all the questions (and there were many) that I asked and if necessary backed her answers up with hard copy.She has world of knowledge and experience and has an outstanding ability dealing with people. I enjoyed all aspects of my car buying experience with Ms Fite and with the personnel of the new car department. Lest I forget, the price of my new Kia and my trade-in was quite satisfactory. More
