I was looking to buy a car. I graduated college in 2010 sitting on a bulk sum of student loans. Maybe 5 or more dealerships told me no didn't ask questions didn't give me options did nothing but sent me on sitting on a bulk sum of student loans. I went to Casey Kia spoke with Carolyn Fite she understood my needs and concerns and got with me right away. The problem wasn't the right choice of car but more so my credit. Carolyn was always on top of everything if not steps ahead. I contacted this one place in which I believed would provide me with a loan for the Forte gave her all their information and within 30mins she called me back telling me they were trying to scam me made me believe they would help me get a car from her get me into coming in their office and buy a car from their lot. She did research, spoke with people, educated me, she kept me updated with status's, returned my phone calls within an hour, listened and brought me the best options. Her team was awesome with working within my means telling me benefits and finding insurance anything you could ask for they provided. My family stopped by Casey Kia on April 5, 2013. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the showroom and the overall appearance of the dealership. The staff was friendly, and the salesman, Rob Harper, w impressed with the cleanliness of the showroom and the overall appearance of the dealership. The staff was friendly, and the salesman, Rob Harper, was not hovering around us, but rather talking with us like a friend. He took the time to understand the type of car we were looking for, and listened to our concerns and wants. He then said, "Based on what you have told me, this is what I recommend." To me, that was priceless. He truly listened to us. Rob took the time to show us the ins and outs of the vehicle, knowing that we were not buying yet. He also took the time to show us the Service Center and introduce us to the rest of the Casey Kia team. Again, knowing that we weren't buying yet. This wasn't to pressure us in to a decision, but rather help us to feel more comfortable when the time was right. I have to say that this is the warmest welcome we have ever received at a dealership, and the funny thing is, we didn't even buy the car yet. We were not made to feel this welcome when we actually walked into a dealer and bought two cars at once before. I was very impressed with Rob, and Casey Kia overall. We will be back to buy the Kia Sportage when the time is right. More

I purchased a used 2011 Kia Sorrento from another dealership and it is still under the 60, 000 mile warranty. Casey isthe only Kia dealership in my area, so when my breaks started acting up I took it dealership and it is still under the 60, 000 mile warranty. Casey isthe only Kia dealership in my area, so when my breaks started acting up I took it there. I have had two interactions at that dealership, neither worth bragging about. The first time, I was talking to the service rep and let him know my infant daughter was asleep in the back of the vehicle and to let me know when to take her out. There were other cars in front of mine, so when he said he was going to test my brakes (to see that you can push the pedal to the floor) I figured he was going to sit in my car and press the brake to thefloor. Instead he drove around the other cars in the garage and took my car off the lot with my daughter still in the car. I tried chasing after the car and waving him down but he was too fast. Then when he finally got back, the best the general manager could tell me was they were getting iPads for the Waiting area. On the second visit, they asked what time i wanted to bring my car in for the followup and I asked for the earliest appointment. They said that was at 7 am, and I got there, was told a mechanic doesnt come in till 730 at the earliest andthat they stilstill had to finish from the day before . They didn't start my car until 815 and I was there until almost 11. With both times, I was told that my brakes are just fine, but no one should be able to push the brake pedal to the ground when stopped at a light. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a dealership and i would have never purchased a Kia had i know this would be the situation!! More
