After owning my Honda for eight years, I began thinking long and hard about a newer car. From the moment I first saw the Kia Optima on the road, I knew I wanted to look into one. My fiance and I ventured o long and hard about a newer car. From the moment I first saw the Kia Optima on the road, I knew I wanted to look into one. My fiance and I ventured out to the Kia dealership to take a closer look at the Optima and I am so glad I did. I test drove an Optima the first day but it was a bit out of my price range. Needless to say, I walked away with only frustration because I wasn't able to afford my own taste. Scott Stinebaugh followed up with me a little while later to see if I would be interested in an older Optima. Being only two years old, I agreed to look at it. Scott wanted me to take it home for a test drive and with my busy work schedule, the dealership was very generous in allowing me to keep it for two days instead of one. In returning the car, Scott was there to help me tie up all the loose ends to buying a new (used) car. I didn't have to give the car back because the payments were in my budget and I was proud to leave the dealership that day in my new Kia. I walked into the dealership just looking at cars--I wasn't really expecting to be able to walk out with a NEW car. Kellie got me interested in the Casey dealership via email. Upon arriving, Scott was so friendly and knowledgeable about the Soul that I barely had to ask any questions. He let me take the car for a test drive and continued to talk about why I wanted a new car, what was wrong with my last car, safety features, gas mileage, as well as prices I was comfortable with, and the warranty that came with Casey vehicles. Scott found my numbers first and was able to put me in a new car even though the payments were not what they typically recommend. Scott was really friendly and fun to talk to and got the car washed and detailed and got someone else to talk to me about DMV work and extra protection plans before I even left. I've bought two other cars before and this was the most pleasant and easiest experience buying a car that I have ever had. I would absolutely recommend the Casey Kia dealership to anyone looking for a new car--even if they haven't thought of a Kia before! More
