Kellie helped me the moment I got in, I told her my situation and she didn't try to hard sell me on anything i couldn't afford. Laura is one of the most amazing people I've ever met. I had been to 8 car dealerships when I came to Casey Kia and she was by far the nicest and most caring sales representative. At the other dealerships they weren't able to find me a car I loved (used or new) in my price range and they really pushed other cars on me. There was no pushing and no drama with Laura. She listened to what I wanted and cut right to the chase. With the help of the manager they were able to get us a brand new Kia Sorento right in our price range. She took care of me like I was family. I appreciate everything Laura did for me and if I ever need another car I will come to Laura before anyone else. I hope Casey Kia takes very good care of Laura because she is an amazing asset to the sales team. More

The overall experience was great. I rated price as a "4" because as the customer paying less money would have been better. But I truly believe that Jeffrey and the sales manager gave us very close to the best deal they could, if not the best deal they could. We got what we needed for our family and I don't believe that I "overpaid" at all. It was a good solid buy. I would recommend Jeffrey and the dealership to anyone looking for a car. After the purchase was completed, Jeffrey and the team have been responsive to post sale questions that have come up.
