It was a half hearted apology & $10 worth of gas would not have made up for my 1.5 hours of driving, wasting my time and being stuck in traffic. He also told me that the customer service rep would be fired...did that happen too? Probably not....so that would be another lie.

Dear Customer, My name is Stephen Sparkman and I am the General Manager for Casey Kia. I'm sorry that this was your perception. We pride ourselves on great customer service and obvoiusly we failed you. My General Sales Manager Roberto Dial brought it to my attention that we had made a mistake in saying that the vehicle was available. I can assure you that this was a mistake. I have followed up with our corperate office to find out why the car was still online and was told that the status was not changed on the vehicle. I am looking into making sure this does not happen agian. Please forgive us in our oversight. However I will say that I was pleased to know that my Manager Roberto Dial imedialtly walked out to appoligize and offered to fill your gas tank up for the inconvience.
