We had done some research on Kia's and went to Casey Kia specifically to look at the Sorento Limited V6. It was our great fortune that we were able to work with Brandon Thompson. He let us test-drive a Sorento similar to what we wanted, pointed out all the advantages of the car, and showed us all the technological bells and whistles. When we reaffirmed this was definitely the car we wanted, but needed one with the Technology Package in a certain color, Brandon found one to match our exact wishes and had it delivered to Casey Kia for us within a couple of days. Brandon was extremely knowledgeable about our new car and answered every question we could come up with (and others we hadn't even thought of). Brandon made our car-buying experience completely delightful. We are thrilled with the car and the dealership, and particularly with the professionalism of Brandon and Steve Jernigan. Patient and Fair My son was looking to replace his car that was totaled by a kid texting that hit him without insurance. Unfortunately, the amount he received from the insurance company wasn't enough to replace the car. George Bozeman was incredible. He was patient as my son tried to figure out what he wanted and what he could afford with the insurance money and his not-so-great credit. Over two days they test drove multiple cars and looked at several options in his price range. He finally found the perfect car. They were even able to help him get financing with affordable payments to help build his credit. As a parent, I appreciate the professional and fair treatment my son received and I would highly recommend George and this dealership to anyone looking for a car for themselves or their children. More
