Love my service manager I originally bought my Accord brand new from Casey in 2012. I have brought my car here for every service it is ever needed. Don has always been my s I originally bought my Accord brand new from Casey in 2012. I have brought my car here for every service it is ever needed. Don has always been my service manager. He goes above and beyond every time I bring my car in. If I’m waiting for the car keeps he me updated throughout my wait, or if I drop it off he make sure he contacts me as soon as it’s ready and he always contact me if it needs more work than what it was originally dropped off for. When my car needs more than just regular maintenance Don always make sure that he gives me the lowest price available, he does not overcharge me. I trust him. And that says a lot because most of them are out there to make more money so they will lie and say there’s something wrong with your car and there is not. Don never does that. I trust him when he tells me that there is something wrong with my car and that it needs a little additional work, I never feel that he is pushy about getting additional work done to the car. Every time I come for service on my car he is always very polite and courteous, he is never in a bad mood no matter what time of day it is. He makes the experience of getting your car worked on seamless. He remembers who I am when I come in and that might sound petty, but means a lot. I will only deal with him when I take my car in for service. More

Although the service area was crowded with customers, Don was quick to hear my concern and to a give me timely updates as service was being performed on my vehicle. Customer service does exist. I have had nothing but troubles with my new ridgeline. It has been in the shop a lot and every time Don has been unbelievable. He is understanding and I have had nothing but troubles with my new ridgeline. It has been in the shop a lot and every time Don has been unbelievable. He is understanding and accommodating and compassionate. Without having Don taking care of my issues I would have lost my cool a long time ago. He has taken customer service to a whole new level. That being said, I would say he is being under utilized. Casey should have him training all employees on what customer service should be like. I have seen no one better at their job than Don. I would also like to acknowledge the master technician Patrick. Sorry I don't have his last name. He is also amazing at his job and deserves praise. Mr. Casey, please make sure you keep employees like this around and I will be a customer again and again. More
