No I don't recommend them. They are liars. I know most car salesman are but these guys take the cake. The was supposed to fix my car I payed them to fix it only to not be able to make it home before cutti car salesman are but these guys take the cake. The was supposed to fix my car I payed them to fix it only to not be able to make it home before cutting off. Then they said they were told to do the Bare Min. Thats not what I payed them for. Sorry for them because I will never recommend anybody to go there. Now I have a car that's only worth 2,000 and owe more than double that. I was sold a Lemon. I can't stand them More

I bought a certified used honda from an out of town dealership but go to Casey for maintenance. I had a problem with my car that was covered under warranty. Even according to the service rep at Casey( dealership but go to Casey for maintenance. I had a problem with my car that was covered under warranty. Even according to the service rep at Casey(two weeks earlier). After the work was finished Casey's service rep calls to tell me that my repair was not covered under warranty and they would like to negotiate a price for the repair. I called the dealer I bought the car from, they checked and assured me that the repair was a warranty repair-Still, at casey they argued it was not, my sales rep (from where i bought the car) faxed Casey Honda the paper work clearly stating it was covered (bumper to bumper) Warranty . Even so Casey Honda countinued to argue it was not covered,and told me I needed to whatch out for shadey warranty companies, mind you this is a "honda certified warranty". The service manager from where I bought the car faxed over more paperwork showing warranty coverage and finally Casey conceeds it is a warranty repair. When I get the paper work from Casey Honda there is a line item for estimates. Under this section it states that I had acknowleded a cost of the repair of and an orginal estimate of 900.$.....total lie, I spoke with casey two weeks before having the repair and at that time we agreed it was a warranty repair issue. I guess shame on me for not getting that in writting. I will not return to any Casey auto company for any type of service.....buyer beware More
