Outstanding service provided by Don Matol I recently had my under-engine splash shield come loose and start dragging. It was 4:45 on Friday afternoon so I went straight to Casey Honda in hope I recently had my under-engine splash shield come loose and start dragging. It was 4:45 on Friday afternoon so I went straight to Casey Honda in hopes of buying the fasteners for my husband to do the repair. When I told my problem to Don Matol, he took my car in and had it fixed in about 40 minutes. I certainly wasn't expecting that and my husband sure appreciated having his weekend free! He is TRULY a service department dream come true! Mr. Matol understands the NEEDS and WANTS of the customer and takes care of them without hesitation. If I had to sum it up in one word of Don Matol It would be “Excellence”!!! Don Matol has always been consistent and his word is his bond. From the time you walk in the door until your service is complete Don Matol is there ensuring you’re being taken care of. The service department staff has also provided “exceptional” customer service. When I walk in the lounge I’m always greeted with a smile from Amanda and Vera. They always provide excellent “customer service and most importantly…”ice cream”. It’s nice to go to a place where you can get “one stop” assistance from a professional staff.
