Thank you for the review. We are sorry to hear about your experience with us. However the price we quoted you was for the known bad parts, to clean our all the broken glass, and install the new piece of window glass as it should be, as well as parts. We could not simply just install the new glass window due to the fact that it would potentially fall and shatter once again due to broken parts. We are happy to hear you got your window fixed but given the price Big Al gave you we feel that at most they just cleaned out the glass and installed the new one with the broken pieces.
