Don Matol Outstanding customer service always Don greeted me as soon as he knew that I was there. Then he came to the waiting room to explain what had been found during the inspection and gave me Don greeted me as soon as he knew that I was there. Don Matol comes through again Been going to Don for about 5-6 years, 2 nd Honda he has been service rep for. Sort of had an emergency where we already had an appointment for Monday Been going to Don for about 5-6 years, 2 nd Honda he has been service rep for. Sort of had an emergency where we already had an appointment for Monday, but on Friday had a flat tire and the rim cut the tire. Called Honda and they had the tire in stock, called service department and they were able to fit us in on very short notice. While there Don went ahead and had the service done that we were going to have on Monday, which was surprising as it was late in the day. Ended up getting two tires and the rest of the service done. The tires were actually cheaper then the local discount tire store for the same ones. Don has always been a caring person and true honest professional.. If you go to Casey Honda service and have the opportunity ask for Don, you will not regret it. More

Excellent Service I got my 2006 CRV serviced last week.
