My service advisor, Don, is attentive to each guest ( I feel more welcomed than just a customer) while still acknowledging the next guest who approaches the counter on each visit consistently. Shortest visit to this location ever for an oil change! This was my first time working with Chris for my first free oil change and first time ever being serviced in less than 30 minutes at this location. I hope Casey Honda will consider doing free oil changes for as long as I have my current car instead of just the first two years. As there is at least one other dealership that offers this and more.
