He is a true professional and always goes out of his way to satisfy his clients/customers. Not only do I consider Don my Service adviser, but also a friend who is looking out for me the customer. He is the reason we have purchased two Honda's from Casey Auto. When you find a auto repair shop you truly trust and care for you stick with them. The recent service visit was like all the previous ones, in and out as fast as they can get you through, outstanding work and pride in their work. They take ownership. Thanks again Mr. Don Matol. Dissatisfied Customer BE AWARE!!! Think TWICE before you purchase a vehicle HERE!!!!! CASEY HONDA provided the WORST customer service I have EVER received from a dealers BE AWARE!!! CASEY HONDA provided the WORST customer service I have EVER received from a dealership. 👎 General Mgr- Jay Malone & Service Mgr- Ken Strain tried to get over on me by not offering a LIFETIME POWERTRAIN WARRANTY on my Honda Pilot that was PROMISED on the day I purchased it. They NEVER gave me an OFFICIAL PAPER WARRANTY FROM A WARRANTY COMPANY and once Lifetime Powertrain Warranty items needed to be done, they came up with all kinds of ways to prevent paying/taking care of the service items that required attention. They ABSOLUTELY provided POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and got over on me as a customer!! They definitely did NOT provide what was PROMISED! Casey Honda promised a LIFETIME POWERTRAIN WARRANTY, not a “LIMITED” Powertrain Warranty, but when I called to inform Jay & Ken of Lifetime Powertrain Warranty work that needed to be done on my Pilot, Jay emailed me an UNOFFICIAL “limited” Powertrain Warranty that did not have the word HONDA on it anywhere!!! Of course, he sent this unofficial warranty because it doesn’t include any of the “LIFETIME” Warranty items that need to be done on my Pilot. This is very unfortunate, but apprarently the way Casey Honda does business and is accustomed to treating its’ customers. 🙏I just pray Jay, Ken and the rest of the team are able to sleep at night knowing in their minds and hearts that this “limited” warranty is just right out wrong and NOT what was promised/owed me from the initial sale date. More

Didn't even know what they were servicing I made an appointment for a remote start key, which I said numerous times. I get the new key and there is no remote start. Don goes above and beyond My husband wasn’t really a fan of Casey’s Honda but then he met Don when we brought our 2005 accord in for a oil change. Casey Honda service has been outstanding for us with our 2008 Accord and now our 2014 Accord. I always thought you paid more for service at a dealer rather than a independent garage, which I found true in some cases, however, generally they are competitive and I know they will use genuine OEM Honda parts and their service folks are certified for Honda repairs. They will continue to get my business on our Honda. More
