She makes you feel as if you are her priority. She is very knowledgeable about my vehicle & answers all my questions. Great team player and a GREAT asset to your service department. My husband is a do it yorself kinda guy, but never once has he said no to any thing Colette has told him our car needed nor has he questioned her & that alone is would be a reason to give her 5 stars. But as you can see it's so much more. I'd give her 10 stars if I could! Thank you for hiring her. She's a keeper 😄 More
Warranty work on '04 Pilot I took my '04 Honda Pilot in for warranty work on passenger side airbag. Also had issues with the A/C not cooling. I have worked with Don Matol befo I took my '04 Honda Pilot in for warranty work on passenger side airbag. Also had issues with the A/C not cooling. I have worked with Don Matol before and he once again did not disappoint me. He had to order a part which took several days, but Don kept me well informed on status, trouble shooting the A/C issue and potential fixes. He is a total professional 100 percent of the time! Excellent Service We have a 2016 Civic EX and were experiencing some issues with the electronics. I called Don Matol and he made an appointment to check the system. I We have a 2016 Civic EX and were experiencing some issues with the electronics. I called Don Matol and he made an appointment to check the system. It turned out to be only the need for an update to the software for the module. Don kept us up to date on what the status was throughout the process and when it looked like the time would be excessive he arranged for a loaner car to be available, if needed. Excellent service and quality work. I also want to mention Pat , the mechanic on Don's team, who did an outstanding job. More
