I mentioned it to Collette a few weeks ago when I was in for Somehow some small nicks appeared in the leather of the steering wheel on my 2016 Pilot. I mentioned it to Collette a few weeks ago when I was in for my state inspection. She showed it to Ken Strain and, between the two of them, approved the replacement of the steering wheel under warranty. I was very grateful for this. Many dealers would have given this a shoulder shrug and done nothing. Collette has worn down my 40+ year resistance to dealership service departments and I'm happy to visit Casey Honda's service department where I know I'll find integrity and technical competence. More

After having to charge the battery for a short period to start my Accord, there were some unusual readings regarding the lane warnings and "hot camera After having to charge the battery for a short period to start my Accord, there were some unusual readings regarding the lane warnings and "hot camera" warning. Don Matol persistently tested my battery until problem was found and new battery installed. Technician explained intricacies of the lane warning system, as I felt the lane warnings were more sensitive. All personnel went above and beyond expected service and made me feel confident that my car received the required service. Excellent service! More
