Worst Car Dealership Experience Ever I came into Casey Honda to have an inspection. When my car was back in service, I was told that it had a completely dead battery. I purchased a batter I came into Casey Honda to have an inspection. When my car was back in service, I was told that it had a completely dead battery. I purchased a battery because I was told that it died while being inspected, although when I drove it to Newport News, there was not even a light on that indicated there was anything wrong with the battery. Shortly after this, my battery would not even charge up to 3% according to AutoZone who tested it. I took the battery back to Casey Honda, and I was told by a manager that the battery tester was not working at that time. Months later, I am still waiting on a phone call from Casey to let me know what they have discovered about my dead battery that was still under warranty. More

She had to do research each time then get back with me and I was always happy with her responses. It was clear to me she was personally working very hard for me and I appreciate it immensely. I cannot think of a service pro that has ever exceeded what she did for us and our vehicles. BRAVA and thanks for giving us and our car such excellent attention! More
