We live in Colorado and needed a vehicle for one of our kids who attends college in Virginia. We shopped online at several local dealerships for a good used car and spotted a 2005 Hyundai Tuscon at Casey. We were fortunate to make contact with Mark Bowles who went out of his way to provide us every detail on the vehicle. He even drove it 25 miles so our college student could give it a test drive. He was exceptionally timely in communicating with us and we quickly negotiated a sales price that included a limited warranty. He also arranged for an extended return option that allowed us to inspect the vehicle ourselves 10 days later during a planned visit to Virginia. We were very impressed with Mark’s professionalism and customer service and were totally at ease with the purchase. Upon my initial examination of the vehicle on 1 Jul 09, I noticed that the hood release cable was jammed, prohibiting opening of the hood. Mark invited us to bring the vehicle to your service shop and into the capable hands of Diana Garner. She was outstanding in keeping us informed about the vehicle’s status. When it became evident that the car needed a few parts that weren’t readily available, she set us up with a loaner car the remaining few days of our visit. I thought that was going above and beyond the call of duty. I was very impressed. As of this writing, we’re awaiting a decision from Casey regarding repairs to some body damage we noticed during our initial examination. The right rear passenger door has a sizeable dent and scrape of which we were not aware at the time of purchase. Although Mark made us aware that there was a “ding” in the door prior to our purchase, the damage is significantly more extensive than we anticipated. We’re hopeful Casey will rectify this remaining issue for us and we greatly appreciate your assistance. We’ve purchased and had serviced many vehicles in the past 30 years and in that time we’ve never had as positive an experience as we had with Casey thanks to Mark Bowles and Diana Garner. Being a mom, my weekends don't allow for this, either. In my past two transactions, Mark has delivered cars to my school for me to test out for the evening. He always made sure I tried two different models based on my specifications to be sure I was completely satisfied with my decision. This past time, much of our communication was done electronically, which again, made the entire process so very convenient for me. When my final decision was made, I arrived at the dealership to paperwork already processed, printed, and ready for me to sign. Mark truly understands how demanding a busy lifestyle can be and made my car leasing experience a true pleasure. I was very pleased with my dealings with Casey Honda. While i was doing the paperwork for the car other employees approached me and asked how my visit was going and general talk about the car i was purchasing. I was helped in all aspects from dealings with the bank, insurance, warranties, and also features of the car. I decided while my car was being serviced to look into my options because my lease was up in November, Mark Bowles was the guy I was put in touch with due to all the other sales reps in a meeting. I was pleasantly shocked to learn I had more options that I excepted, and the chance of trading my 09 civic for a brand new 2012. Mark explained each option to me so that I could understand exactly, he was patient with me, and overall made me feel very comfortable. I am so thrilled I came into Casey Honda that day and had Mr. Bowles because the whole process was smooth and exciting and now I have a brand new 2012 civic. Also to add, I'm not sure of everyone's names but every single person I came in contact with, even in passing at Casey Honda was extremely friendly and warming. Thank you so much. More

I knew the exact specs I wanted for my new Honda Accord Coupe--year, trim level & color (both interior/exterior). Although Casey Honda didn't have my dream car on their lot either, they were able to locate EXACTLY what I wanted (out-of-state) and deliver it to me within two days following my initial visit to the showroom. I had been contacted by several other area dealers, but none could actually produce to the outstanding degree that Casey Honda does. More
