I have owned my New Honda Civic Hybrid 2013 for one month and Mr. Fitzgerald sent me a letter to come by and meet the service team. She took care of scheduling my appointment and she was very friendly and told me that I could schedule my appointment with Mr. Fred Tolley. When I pulled up to the Service Department, Candie Cowden was the first to greet me and asked me what the service department could help me with today, I told her that i had a appointment to check over my new car and she took me over to Fred Tolley to get all my information for my service visit. Fred Tolley, which I have known for a few years, took very good care of me and made sure that I was happy with the Honda Service. I asked for Fred because Fred is very good with his customers and is very friendly/ professional. I rate my visit today - A + and thank-you for the two cups of coffee. Your coffee is the best along with all your folks that work in the service department. If you need Honda Service and don't know where to go, then stop by Casey Honda Service Department. Mark eliminated much of the hassle traditionally associated with car sales. He lived up to this promise and delivered us a simple, honest, and hassle-free vehicle purchase experience. This was one of the most unbelievable experiences in my life. Mr. Heaton (Used car sales manager at Casey Honda) interrupted a conversation that my sales person and I were having and expressed his inabili life. Mr. Heaton (Used car sales manager at Casey Honda) interrupted a conversation that my sales person and I were having and expressed his inability to move on his price. I informed Mr. Heaton that his words were not important to me, only a lower price would engage my interest. Mr. Heaton also communicated that the vehicle in question was inherited (dropped) on Casey Honda and that he refused to take a loss. I suggested that perhaps Casey Auto Group took a bad deal on this trade-in and was adamant that Casey’s poor decision and long holding time for this vehicle had no affect on my offer or my willingness to pay more. Casey's bad deal should have in no way translated to a future owner as Mr. Heaton implied. He again began to boast about how Casey Auto Group's dealers are better that other dealers and got very angry when I reinforced my position that his "words" did not make the number move and were not important to me. Mr. Heaton then proceeded to turn his back and walk away from me. I cannot believe this type of attitude and absolutely appalling level of service warrants a person the opportunity to manage sales in an extremely high customer service industry. In my opinion, Mr. Heaton's attitude and lack of interest with selling vehicles (especially ones that have been on the lot for over 10 months time) qualifies him to perhaps manage a hot dog cart, not a higher end used car department. It is no surprise to me that this vehicle remained in Casey Honda's hands for so long granted potential buyers in the past were unfortunate enough to be introduced to Darrell Heaton. I was contacted later the same day after Darrell's outburst and chest pounding episode by my sales person. Ultimately the deal was completed with the exceptional efforts of my sales person and two other managers at Casey Honda. I give these individuals much praise and respect. I would buy again from them. As for Mr. Heaton, I would not take I drink of water from that man if I were dying of thirst. Darrell Heaton......FAIL! More
