Ms. Carneal greeted me as soon as I got out of my car with a smile and a handshake. I told her I was timing her and wanted to be out in an hour. She had me out in 40 minutes. They gave me a fair price for my car and the car I purchased. After Alyx's outstanding customer service and efficiency.. I didn't have to go to any other dealers. I had to wait two days for them to get the vehicle in but Alyx called me as soon as it was at the dealership. I got back there and told her once again with a smile on my face that I was timing her and wanted to be out in under an hour and a half. She had me out in an hour and five minutes. Even though it was hard to give up my Altima Coupe.. i love my 2014 Civic and how Alyx handled the entire process. I've already recommended her to family and friends! Alyx and the staff at Casey Honda are the definition of perfection. More

poor customer service I recently purchased a new car(2014 Honda Accord) through Casey Honda on May 8, 2014. I also traded in a car. Casey went ahead and paid off my trade in but there is a valance left over that is owed to me. I first called the finance department to find out when I will get my money, all they told me is that it will get to me "within 4-6 weeks" when I asked if they could tell me the date the check was mailed out all they told me was "it's probably on its way". It is now past the six week mark so I email Casey and for the past 3 days I have been contacting them in regards to my question and all they keep doing has been to toss around my question from person to person, how hard is it to find out when they mailed my check to me? Really poor customer service and follow up after my purchase. More

I brought my car in last week because of a problem with the engine and was given the "Five Star Treatment". Your service team (Donna Turner, Amanda Carmony and Don Mateo provided me with "Cradle to Grave" service! From the moment I "arrived" I was treated with outstanding customer support. Donna was very tentative and took care of my needs in a very profession and courteous manner. Due to the nature of the problem I was given a "rental vehicle" to ensure that I was able to make it back home. Amanda was extremely profession and caring and provided me. outstanding support. She also gave me "ICE CREAM" while I waited. I felt like I was at "home"...that's what Casey Honda's like...a "home away from home". Finally, I have to "brag" on Mr. Don Mateo. This guy is the "cream of the crop". He's always pleasant, caring and extremely attentive. I am a twenty six year service veteran and I'll put Mr. Mateo up against any of my comrades when it comes to customer service and professionalism. I thought I was a "workaholic"...Mr. Mateo never sleeps! I received constant and consistent updates from Mr. Mateo providing me with details on my vehicle...My Mateo (Don) is the best when it comes when it comes to customer service! He's a "keeper"! When I received my car and was given the news that there was "no charge"...I almost fainted! I am extremely humbled and grateful for being a part of the Casey Honda Family!!! Thanks for everything. I was a nervous wreck before hand but they made me feel welcome. Alyx was positive the whole time and very personable. While we were waiting to get approved, she didn't just wonder off and leave us by ourselves like they did at previous dealerships. She sat and talked to us like she had known us for years. She was very professional when she needed to be but also very easy going and considerate when she could tell I was getting overwhelmed. It was a relief to work with someone who wasn't forceful and kept us laughing through the entire process. Alyx went above and beyond to help me out and get me at a payment that I'm comfortable with. I'm so glad I stepped in that dealership. I never thought i would say that i had a enjoyable and fun experience buying a car but she proved me wrong! I negotiated the sale of my trade-in (2007 Honda LX) and purchase of a used car (2011 Honda Pilot EX-L) with Mr. Bowles and Brian McHugh. At one point during the sales sales negotiation Mark Bowles made a rude comment about his prior experiences with Soldiers. I left the sales floor and was about to leave the car lot until Mr, McHugh came outside to see if we could make a deal. After much haggling I was given a trade in value nearly 2k under book value. Casey currently has my trade in for sale on their lot at almost $7500 more than what they paid me. More
I was in dire need of a vehicle. I had been to 3 dealerships before Casey Honda and couldn't get done. Ms. Carneal was not only extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind, she was the most patient and honest salesperson I've dealt with. I kept saying that i didn't want to waste anyones time, but she kept a big smile on her face, was nothing but positive and promised me that she would get me in a car. And she kept that promise! Not only did she put up with me for 5 hours, I've been in multiple times since my purchase and they haven't kicked me out yet lol. Generally I do not like buying a car, but Mark went out of his way to make it as pleasant as possible. We knew what we wanted and Mark worked with us to make it happen. when I was undecided between a civic or Scion, mark let my son and I test drive a civic SI alone, then set me up with the Scion dealer in Williamsburg so I can purchase the TC (which we thought we wanted). my son and I test drive a civic SI alone, then set me up with the Scion dealer in Williamsburg so I can purchase the TC (which we thought we wanted). After another test drive of Scion TC, I realized the Civic SI was the better car. Mark let us test the car again, this time a bit longer and my son was now wanting the SI. Honda never attempted to pressure us into the silver color on the lot, and was willing to match my NFCU financing so that I could get the additional $500.00 military rebate.
