Casey has been very good to me over the last 16 years. My 2007 Express Van runs great and that is due to the skill and work ethics of service techs. They are the best. My 2007 Express Van runs great and that is due to the skill and work ethics of service techs. They are the best. More
As a military member who has moved 11 times, I’ve had my fair share of experiences with car dealerships. Unfortunately, my recent (which will be my last) encounter with Casey Chevrolet’s service department fair share of experiences with car dealerships. Unfortunately, my recent (which will be my last) encounter with Casey Chevrolet’s service department was by far the worst in my entire 28-year career. From the moment I stepped foot into the Casey Chevrolet’s service department, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. The staff appeared unprofessional and disinterested, providing no warm welcome or assistance. It was as if they couldn’t be bothered to help a customer. When a service member (Antwan) did engage it was almost confrontational, which caught me off guard. To make matters worse, after dropping the car off, the service department exhibited a shocking level of unresponsiveness and lack of communication. I struggled to get updates on the status of my vehicle, and when I did manage to reach someone (e.g., the Service Manager, Matt), they were dismissive and provided minimal information. It was incredibly frustrating to be left in the dark about the condition of my car. I cannot stress enough how disappointed I am with this Casey Chevrolet’s service department. The lack of a basic level of professionalism is unacceptable. I urge fellow buyers, especially military members, to steer clear of Casey Chevrolet and find one that values their customers. Save yourself the headache and choose another dealership that respects your time and business. There are plenty of other dealerships that prioritize customer satisfaction and communication, and Casey Chevrolet dealership is not one of them. Save yourself the hassle and find a dealership that values your business and treats you with respect. I’m taking my business and my upcoming car purchase (buying 2 cars within the next year) to another dealership for sure!!!! More

Scheduled a 10:30am drop off on a Tuesday for my vehicle to be looked at. We were told they would diagnose it and have it fixed by Wednesday. No one looked at my vehicle until Thursday, and no one ever upda to be looked at. We were told they would diagnose it and have it fixed by Wednesday. No one looked at my vehicle until Thursday, and no one ever updated us on the status of the vehicle, we had to call numerous times to even get an update. Thursday, we found out one of the bulbs installed on the drivers side light had started melting the light, I remembered that back in July, I had that light replaced by Casey Chevy, we called up Friday morning and told them that they had installed the light bulb that melted the light. They said that the service manager would get with us about that, they had taken the blame for the melted light. When we picked up the car, we were told to call the service manager on Monday since they weren't in. Why are we responsible for calling the service manager about something that they should have handled on Friday? I have over $700 in damages to this light (I didn't even drop my vehicle off for a light issue), this should have been addressed on Friday and fixed on Friday. I used to be a loyal customer to Casey Chevy. Ever since Jeff left, service has not been the same and I think I will be switching to another dealership for maintenance on my vehicle. One that actually updates their customers on the status of things. Also the note taped to someone's computer in the drop off bay that reads "Reminder: I didn't sell you the vehicle, I am just here to fix it" is very unprofessional. Still waiting on this service manager to get back to us. I bet they are avoiding us so that we would just forget about the whole melted light thing and they would get out of fixing it. More
