Arrived a little before 9am, were greated inside the garage by a very nice gentleman, were told to wait in the waiting room area, minutes later, Michael Bulluss asked us to come into his office, we requ garage by a very nice gentleman, were told to wait in the waiting room area, minutes later, Michael Bulluss asked us to come into his office, we requested to be done by 12:30pm, Michaell Bulluss called us around/before 11:30am and said that the car was done. When we returned to pickup the car, we met with and spoke to Michael Bulluss, he checked us out, we asked a few questions about the car and he answered them all. Highly recommend!!! More
Will never go back here again I had warranty on my car they didn’t fully charge my warranty and expected me to pay the difference for “extra labor fees” when I called my warranty company they said they c they didn’t fully charge my warranty and expected me to pay the difference for “extra labor fees” when I called my warranty company they said they covered parts and labor. Every time I've gone to Casey BMW, over the past years, I am always completely satisfied. My service technician is Mike Bullus. I give Mike a call and he schedules me in. When I leave, my vehicle is running great again and no new mysterious issues pop up like at other dealerships. He is knowledgeable, personable, and professional. I enjoy visiting with him because I know he is keeping me safe in my vehicle and he helps keep my costs down as well. Thanks, Mike for taking such good care of my 328i and me. More

Please do yourself a favor and do not have your car serviced at an Casey Automotive Group dealership. I had an issue with the well-documented problem of the shark-fin antenna leaking and damaging the T serviced at an Casey Automotive Group dealership. I had an issue with the well-documented problem of the shark-fin antenna leaking and damaging the TCU module. BMW corporate was told by Casey BMW that I caused the leak and therefore BMW would not cover the damage. This was an outright lie and done only to cause me to pay for the entire repair amount of over $2,500. They lied to BMW because they would have received less from BMW than they did from me! More

Julia Gerrick (Greener) has been great at understanding the way I like to be treated as a customer. All customers are different and she knows that timely and honest communication is key to get my business. My car was due for regular maintenance, in addition to a new battery and brakes. Julia arranged service that fit into my schedule and at a very competitive cost. Finally, kudos to Jeff who is outstanding at intake and "just" a nice guy. To me, Jeff sets the mood and makes me feel welcome the minute I get out of my car. Very much appreciate Julia, Jeff, the Techs and the entire team at Casey. More
We were visiting the area when we hit a pot hole and the run flat needed replaced. Once the car was at the dealership AJ got the tire changed to include vehicle serviced and inspected.
