He remained patient with me and answered all my questions and took the time listen to me and what I was looking for in a vehicle. The paperwork process was seamless and almost scary because it was so easy. There was absolutely no hassle involved. Rob showed me every detail of my new car and made sure I was completely comfortable and satisfied with the transaction. Despite being a BMW dealership both Christina and Rob took the time to learn Mercedes Benz functionality to more than adequately address every one of my questions.
