Joe Hargraves I have worked with Joe several times over the years. Every aspect of my recent purchase was handled with the utmost professionalism from receipt of the customer, overview of the product, options available, likes, dislikes, technical aspects of the Bimmer, ownership costs, competitor analysis discussion, comparison of models such as the Audi S5 and the Lexus RC 350 versus the 435i, knowledge of periodicals such as Car and Driver, residual markets and finance options. I was extremely satisfied when discussing the RC 350 that Duncan mentioned the Lexus RC 350 doesn't include a "rear view camera." This is the kind of detail that Duncan is aware of and I appreciate when purchasing a Luxury Sports Coupe. Duncan does his homework! I have owned three different BMWs in I can not say enough about Mr. Joseph Hargraves!! I walked into Casey BMW on Tuesday to purchase a new vehicle. I have owned three different BMWs in my life (now four) and Mr. Hargraves is by far the best salesperson I have ever worked with. He is without a doubt passionate about his customers, BMW, and selling cars. He took the time to walk the lot and explain each package on each car that I looked at. He was not expecting me on that day, once the receptionist paged him to the front he immediately greeted me like a true professional. Based on the first impression I knew I was in good hands.
