Wonderful Dealership with Professional Service After searching for months, I found the vehicle on line, and we negotiated a price sight unseen and started the paperwork to lock in the deal. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, I was greeted with warmth from my sales representative-Dennis. My parents and I travel 3 hours to pick up the vehicle and the General Manager-Lloyd made sure it wasn't unrecognized. We really appreciated the hospitality extended to us. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, all the Don Morrow did a fantastic job. I found the vehicle on line, and we negotiated a price sight unseen. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, all the paperwork and the vehicle were ready to go and we were complete in under two hours. Don provided first class treatment! While going over the paperwork in the business office, we noticed a discrepancy between what I was told verbally and what the paperwork said. The issue was a significant amount of money, and an honest error. Don and the GM chose to honor the verbal agreement, demonstrating uncommon integrity. I know this cost Casey BMW monetarily, but I hope that those who read this review will be as impressed as I am and choose to do business here and more than make up the difference. I wish more people in this world would honor their word like Casey BMW did. Well done! More

He promised the vehicle would not leave the lot until it was where it should be and it is! And then some! I had the pleasure of having Don as my Client Advisor - he is an absolute professional! In addition to being very responsive and helpful with my questions he was patient throughout the entire process despite working with a first time lessee. I also had the pleasure of working with the General Manager Lloyd. Lloyd went above and beyond to get the deal done on a time crunch and the busy Thanksgiving holiday. Although car buying can be an intimidating process, these two gentlemen have changed my perception of car buying for the better. Both Don and Lloyd were very transparent and forthright with pricing and terms of the purchase and definitely earned my business for future. Couldn't be happier with my purchase. Having never even sat in a BMW prior to my first visit, Don was extremely informative and low pressure while answering all my questions. I personally cannot stand a hovering salesman. In dealing with other dealerships in the past, I found myself getting annoyed with the whole process, but thankfully that was not the case here. While going over financing and extended warranty plans, Joe Diggs answered all my questions and was informative without over selling. Top notch company with some top notch people, 5 stars! More
Run Flats & Roadside Assistance In July 2014 I purchased a new 335i M-Sport (nice little car). At the same time I purchased the tire, wheel, etc. policy for $1,127.85. Last evening In July 2014 I purchased a new 335i M-Sport (nice little car). At the same time I purchased the tire, wheel, etc. policy for $1,127.85. Last evening I was returning home from dinner when I got a low tire warning. Being only a couple of miles from home, and familiar with the Bridgestone ads, I continued home to deal with it in the morning. This morning I found a visible nail in the right rear. I called the Casey service department and was told the tire could not be repaired and had to be replaced. Then I was told they could have a tire by Tuesday. So, at least three days without a car. At the time I purchased the above mentioned policy I was not told that replacement tires may or may not be available. By purchasing this extra coverage I thought I was really buying peace of mind. Knowing a flat tire could put my car out of commission for three or four days tells me I didn't buy that. I was told that I should make arrangements to have the car towed to the dealership. Said arrangement could not be made during this phone conversation. I needed to go to the car and use the "SOS" button. At about 10:00 AM I arranged via BMW Roadside Assistance to have the car picked up and transported to Casey. I then received a text with a pick up ETA of 11:30. At 11:30 I received an automated call asking if the pick up had occurred. No. At 11:32 the tow driver called asking if I still needed him. Yes. He said he was 8 minutes out. Then he calls back and says he needed to return to his previous call and would be another 15 minutes. Meanwhile, I'm getting automated calls every 15 minutes wanting to know if the pick up had occurred. No , no, and no. Thank the Lord the vehicle was home and not stranded on a highway somewhere. At 1;00 PM the tow company arrives. He does not say hello, he does not say he's sorry for hid tardiness. He only asks if the keys are in the car. No, they're in my pocket. I give him the keys. He asked me to sign a form, of which I never receive a copy. He then asks if I have the tow hooks. At this point I'm done. He drives the car onto the truck bed and ties it down somehow (not having tow hooks) waves and drives away. I can only hope he takes my car to Casey what with me having zero paperwork. For years prior to this purchase I have driven Mercedes Benz and used their roadside assistance with terrific results. The good news is during my three hours of frustration I did an Inventory Search of Tysinger MB. Should I get my 335 back I may go take a look. More
