Excelant experience getting a 2019 440i xDrive Joe Hargraves did a great job in finding the 440i to meet everything I told him to look for. The entire process went smoothly from my perspective. $1000.00 Bucks for NOTHING!!! Took my 5 Series to BMW because the engine light had came on. Was assured that engine would go off after being serviced. Did not happen. And to top it Took my 5 Series to BMW because the engine light had came on. Was assured that engine would go off after being serviced. Did not happen. And to top it off, the car started cutting off after the BMW service, which it was not doing before they worked on it. I contacted BMW about the problem and the service guy wasn't concerned AT ALL the situation and the fact that I had just paid BMW $1000.00. If nothing else my car should have at least been running and not cutting off. The service guy was quick to say that they had nothing to do with it, nor did he offer me the option to bring the car back. I will NEVER take my car ther again. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! More
