If I could rate it zero, I would. Tried to buy a car from them after seeing an ad on craigslist. The man I was in correspondence with was named Robert. We set up a meeting time so I could see the car, but he was 3 hours late meeting me there. Annoying, but whatever. The car was nice, though it did have problems that were not listed on the ad. Typical. I still wanted to buy the car, for a little less than the ad offered (because of the problems), he agreed, but he didn't have the title with him. That was super sketchy. I work about 10 minutes from the CRS office, so I told him that he should just give me a call when he had the title ready to go and I would come get it, no problem. I tried to get in contact with him for the next two days, but I heard nothing. When I finally did get ahold of him, he told me he had his partner working on it. A day later I asked him for his partner's name and number so I could get into contact with him to get a status update on getting the title. I have not heard from him since. It's been almost a month. Horrible customer service. It's like he didn't even care about selling the car! Never shop from here. EVER. Save yourself the time and disappointment. More
