I am very grateful as I write this review. My husband and I were on our way from AZ to TX. My son-in-law had died that morning and we had to get there as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, My husband and I were on our way from AZ to TX. My son-in-law had died that morning and we had to get there as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, our car broke down. We called the other Kia dealer in town and they could not see the car for 3 more days no matter the circumstances. So we called Casa. They said to bring the car in and they would look at it. We had the car towed there. They fit it into their schedule. We had to wait a few hours in their waiting room, and the whole time we were there, Hector Campa, our service advisor, made us aware of the process and checked on us to be sure we were okay. He went above and beyond to help us. It was getting near the end of the day and mechanic Adrian Fonseca did everything he could to complete the job before they closed. Sure enough, it was completed and we were on our way to be with my daughter and family during this awful time. We will always be grateful to Hector and Adrian. If you want a company that truly cares about people, this is the place to go. More
If I could give it a zero star I would. Was referred to kia by poe toyota they sent me with my extended warranty to get further diagnosed. I disclosed all the information that was given to Was referred to kia by poe toyota they sent me with my extended warranty to get further diagnosed. I disclosed all the information that was given to me by poe toyota also informed them that my car was not stopping when brakes were pressed informed brenda that my brother also tried the car and we believed it had something to do with the anti lock. Told Brenda that poe toyota had said something about fluid being contaminated and was told by Brenda that the car would not do that even if that was the case. I said ok I understood it might also not be covered I explained I just wanted to get it check good since I nearly got into what would if been a fatal accident with my 3 and 5 yr old in the car for this reason. I left today I get a call in the am from Brenda stated that it was just the rotors and back brakes it was gonna be around 600 plus tax, before I agreed I said I would call my brother. My brother then said he would go and get in the car with the tech so he could see what the car was doing. As soon as my brother got there he was told by Brenda when he told her it was not checked correctly that he wasn't going to know more than her tech of many years.. my brother got in the car went up to 50 and stepped on the breaks the car did exactly what we told them it did the tech then told my brother oh yes sir it is doing that let us check it again... to this point my brother leaves I then call brenda which to this she is still stating it's the rotor but they will further check because the way my brother drove it was not every day use... mmmm hello we live in ep people in the freeway drive over 60 all the time and slam their breaks suddenly causing people behind them to have to break as well sooo that was incorrect. My brother then calls and ask for the manager which I recorded all these calls he is rude from the beginning trying to tell My brother that it's whoever changed my breaks and that we did not disclosed the information from poe toyota which is a lie cause if they look back in their cameras they can see and hear brenda where I tell her what they said about the fluids, where I tell her that the car was doing this even before the breaks got done.. where I tell her my brother drove it and we belive its the abs system (anti lock system) "check ur cameras jose manager before u talk".. my brother got them to admit the rotors had nothing to do with the abs system malfunction.. and told them that it was NEGLIGENCE!!! What they did to call me to and say it's just ur rotors and breaks (which I then told Brenda are u sure if I fix that the same thing of the car not stopping won't happen again cause I drive with my little girls .. and she said no mam that won't happen again.. in my recorded call) my brother told him we needed to fix the serious problem and just to give us a fair price.. manager just said ok. Jose again calls me later I again recorded the call tells me it's gonna be over 8,000 to fix the car again tells the contaminated fluids which the only ones that have touched the cars fluids have been casa kia it is where my car has gotten serviced for oil changes... And i have the report of mechanic that changed the breaks where all he did was change the pads the car had enough break fluid he did not need to add anymore I was also sitting right next to him in his shop he let's his customers see what he is doing... I then tell him that is ridiculous that the first time they call all they say is rotors and breaks and how I could of killed myself and my little girls if my brother hadn't stop by to show them... he then says well good thing your brother came... ( I was in shock a manager would speak to their customers this way specially with the severity of their NEGLIGENCE in first place) I stated i wasnt going to pay the 160 diagnosis fee and ended the call. Not once did they apologize or tried to make it right. Instead they all had a really bad attitude and zero customer service.. More
I purchase a battery at Casa Kia. I thought I was buying a Kia battery, just to find out that International batteries put there sticker on it. To make things worst is that Internation I thought I was buying a Kia battery, just to find out that International batteries put there sticker on it. To make things worst is that International Batteries offer 6 more month of warranty than Kia. Kia only give you a cheap 18 months. Witch most companies will offer you 3 years replacement. When I ask less than 13 hours later if I may return it the general manager said no. I never put the battery on but they did not care. This is my best advice, do not buy there batteries, This company and how it is run, is not a place that will treat you as family, in other words they do not care about your mother, sister, daughter, Etc. or do they have there best interest in mind. The Person in part did not know about the warranty and have to call someone to find out. I believe that a person that works that department should know. You can buy batteries at Wal Mart and Sam's Club for $40.00 cheaper and with 3 years replacement. To end Stay away from Casa Kia and if you have to go check other places before buying there. More
Scammers and thieves. My mother was sold a 2018 Chevy Scammers and thieves. My mother was sold a 2018 Chevy Trax by sales manager Alberto Soto for $22,000 (price includes taxes and fees). She paid in c Scammers and thieves. My mother was sold a 2018 Chevy Trax by sales manager Alberto Soto for $22,000 (price includes taxes and fees). She paid in cash on the spot and drove the car off the lot that day. While we waited for the title to be mailed to us, a process that she was informed of was set in motion at the time of purchase, we discovered that the vehicle has 2 safety recalls which she was not informed of prior to her giving cash to these people and the actual value of the car is 10,000 less than what she paid for. Today I, her son, spoke to Albert Soto and informed him of this stating that we do not want the vehicle and since the contract was not fully consummated because we have yet to recieve the title and we paid directly with cash all before the dealer plates expired today Aug 31, 2021 the car should be taken back and the cash value should either be reimbursed or applied directly towards another car. He refused saying that it's a done deal and then became condescending stating I was a spoiled kid who doesn't know what I'm talking about and that I should have the signer, my mom, present to even discuss this with me. Stop wasting his time, he told me. So, I call her in and my father as well. Upon waiting and while Soto continues to insult me for bothering him with this issue, my father discovers that the title is not even in Texas but in fact in New Mexico. This was after Mission Chevrolet and the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles contacted Casa KIA asking them where the title to this vehicle was. When my mom and dad finally arrive, Alberto claims that we have no right or merit behind our complaint and the title will get to us whenever it does because of delays due to Covid19. We then ask for a copy of the receipt stating that the title was indeed actually on its way to which he dissappears for a good 20 minutes and returns with a document that he himself assures 3 times that it's the receipt we requested and the one we never received upon purchase of the vehicle. He then has the audacity to use his veteran status as a means to condescend both myself again and now my mother and calls me a spoiled kid who has no right to stand up against my mom being actively fleeced right before our eyes and that my mother is ignorant to realities that only a War can give wisdom on. The cherry on top was we went immediately afterwards down the street to Mission Chevrolet, present the document Alberto Soto gave to us not 15 minutes earlier, and were told that it actually wasn't the receipt for the title at all and that the financing department just sent the order for the title to be mailed at that moment when we left Casa KIA! They stole our money, sold us a lemon, insulted us, misused and disrespected the US military's honor, and lied point blank to our faces knowing that after today they would no longer be truly liable for the vehicle because the dealer plates would expire. The contract is not even valid because it was filled on a form that clearly states "for credit use only" when we paid in cash and it states clearly on the document that its not valid until all documents are given to the respective parties involved ie the title. And then to discover that the document we required was not what it was after being sworn by this sales manager who backed his honor by the United States Armed Services is just despicable and disgusting. By the way, the great thing about technology being readily available in our pockets is that one can record an entire conversation at the drop of a hat. I recorded the talk we had with Alberto so I can assure those concerned that my review is backed by evidence and I can also ensure Alberto Soto and Casa KIA are going to put their money where mouths are when they are going to be interviewed by the media and definitely when we see them in court. Home of the Nice Guys, right? Stay tuned. More
