We were taken into room with finance person , door was shut. Then we were pressured for 2 hours to purchase extended warranty. In order to get out of room, we agreed. 5 hours for a quick deal. This is new auto, why? You will be sorry if you deal with Jack Key. More

He understood exactly what type of car that I wanted but was not hesitant to show me an alternative, which is what I ended up getting. I was very adamant about getting exactly the car that I envisioned and Reno was able to make that happen. Even with the mishap of misplacing my keys at the dealership when I went to get the rims exchanged and car cleaned Reno went out of his way to make sure that the keys were recovered. The financial consultant Chris was great as well. He showed me many options on extended warranties that were available through the dealership. He was very personable and even though I decided not to go with getting the extended warranties he was understanding and applauded me for doing my homework when I brought in competitive rates for the extended warranties. I never felt pressured as when I have in the past with dealing with previous dealerships and walked away a satisfied customer dealing with the two staff members that I worked with. More

Then asked to pay an amount that had not been clearly conveyed. Incompetent customer service and deceptive business practices. It is a shame that this dealership bk blackens the great product. More

From the time I called to set up an appointment to driving away in a new car, it was the best experience ever. The prices on the vehicles were listed a little high but received a great deal in the end with my trade and the new vehicle. I have not experienced the service department but I would defiantly recommend buying from this dealership. Between my husband and I, we have bought 9 cars (new and used) and this was “the best” service that I have ever received. More

The - "don't need your business treatment", lack of knowledge, rude, no time to talk, seem bothered by my presence, and must be very unhappy in their job. I have no problem at the Chevy and Ford place (I have one of each). They are friendly and want to satisfy my needs. I will continue to take my Grand Cherokee and Wrangler to the Ruidoso dealership where they want my business and treat me like a valued customer. More
