Braden and Miguel especially helped be patient with my situation with the recent passing of my husband Russell. Casa Auto really understood the meaning how important family is and I was hesitant at first to do stuff by myself, but with the help of family, neighbors, and the friendly staff at Casa Auotplex helped every step of the way even if it took a month or two to finalize everything. After one of the repairs, we had to go back so they could put the parts back in that were left in the cargo area of the car. The warning lights that were repaired came on hours before we planned on trading in the vehicle. I stopped by to see what they could do. They said they would try to work with us in refunding the money we spent for repairs, but never even looked at the vehicle. Now they are lying and saying we wouldn't allow them to, and are refusing to make their mistakes right. I recommend staying away at all costs if you value your vehicle and money. More

Ok, so I called to get the recall completed on my Bronco Sport, and only had 2K left on 36K warranty. Spoke with Doug and he put me on waiting list for a loaner car. I live 3 hours away. Two weeks later he called and told me to come and get my loaner and they would take care of my car. A brand new, 200 miles on it, Ford Ranger 4X4 and told me to keep it as needed. Dough handed me off to Roger and the two of them were just GREAT. They made me feel like family and the service was completed within a week so no complaints here at all. I wish I had found these guys earlier. The CASA Group has been known in New Mexico and West Texas since Wally Lowenfeld came to town. This is not an exception for their dealerships. I leased a 2024 Mazda CX-50 through Casa Autoplex in April of this year (2024) and can say unequivocally it was the worst car leasing/buying experience I ever had the displeasure of suffering through. T April of this year (2024) and can say unequivocally it was the worst car leasing/buying experience I ever had the displeasure of suffering through. This dealership was much more transparent and competently managed when it was Borman Autoplex. Here is summary of my experience with the dealer. It took 8 hours over the course of three separate days to finalize the lease. Much of the delay in finalizing paperwork is that staff had little to no experience in completing the paperwork for a lease of any kind. As with the case with many dealerships, I was pressured to sign on the same day I visited the dealership to inquire about a new lease. The justification, as the salesman explained, was because they couldn't promise they would be able to hold the particular vehicle I was interested for the following day due to my salesmen leaving for the remainder of the week. The monthly payment for my lease changed every day that I visited the dealership to sign the lease. Dealer was not transparent as to how the month to month payment was calculated. It took several requests for a more transparent financial breakdown that amounted to more than a few scribbles of numbers on a piece of scrap paper before the dealer relented. Dealership conveniently forgot to include State Taxes and the last month of the lease into the final cost calculation for the month to month payment. The only informed me of this on the day I returned to sign the final paperwork. The dealer also failed to do this proper calculation for an acquaintance who recently financed a Mazda vehicle through them. Once is a mistake, twice is a pattern. Dealer promised a refund for all the trouble and inconvenience of the lengthy leasing process. Yet here we are 2 1/2 months later and no refund. Dealer forgot to inform me that my license plate was available for pickup when it had arrived at their facility. It had been in their possession for over a month before they called me. The credit application the dealership had me complete triggered security freezes with two of the three major credit reporting bureaus. This was not the case with any of the other Mazda leases I've had in the last 9 years. Due to my poor experience with Casa Autoplex, I will not be returning to this dealer for any future sales or leases. More
