I've been a customer with Carvilles since my first purchase of an Infinity FX35. The experience was very welcoming and inviting at that time. So much, that I had referred 3 individuals to them and 2 o purchase of an Infinity FX35. The experience was very welcoming and inviting at that time. So much, that I had referred 3 individuals to them and 2 out of the 3 individuals purchased vehicles from their car lot. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances (blown Head Gasket), I was placed into seeking another car and one of my first choices was to go back to Carvilles, based off of the previous experience. Brandon in sales was very helpful in offering me the best option that would be suitable for me. He was able to get a bank approval w/co-signer for a 2012 Ford Escape. Based off the combative auto experience and knowledge from both him and another gentleman (his names escapes me), my confidence and trust was beyond satisfactory. The atmosphere was comfortable, assuring and indulging, Brandon answered any questions or concerns that I may have had in person or over the telephone. As a woman, the explanation of honesty and empathic broadness of knowledge at Carvilles, I truly appreciated but due to other stipulations and obscurities in weighing out my financial options, cost and possibly car insurance increase, I decided not to purchase the Escape from them. However, the over all experience was even better than before in 1/2019. I'll be back when shopping for the next one. More

Emailed Jerry the sales Manager about a 2000 Honda CRV that they have for sale and was pleasantly surprised to have been given as much information over email as I received. Went to Carville's on Sunday to see what they had available. They were closed but we really just wanted to look anyway. We drove up and unfortunately Nathan was busy but Brandon Berkley helped us look around and test drive the vehicle we wanted to look at. Every step up the way, we felt welcome and like they really cared about our experience and our happiness with the vehicle. We ended up not with the car we originally wanted because someone had bought it, but we got a pretty nice deal on a 2015 Jeep Cherokee! We are happy, my husband is talking about going back for a truck. We look forward to working with them again! More
