Alex I do agree with you and salesmen should never bash other dealers and this is not a tactic that I tolerate here at our dealership. I don't find this at all professional or make a good car buying experience for our customers. I did approached both Zach and Michael about this to ensure that this does not happen again and after our discussion I feel that their intent was not in bashing another dealership but building value in what we do differently. At the time you were also looking at a comparable vehicle at a neighboring dealership that also provided sub-prime financing or buy here pay here credit. A big difference in our financing program is that we report your payment history to all three bureaus to help build your credit for future purchases. This is something that the other dealerships could not offer. In addition the dealership which you were comparing our vehicle at had no on site mechanical repair or reconditioning facility. Their vehicles do not go through the extensive 120 pt safety and mechanical inspection that all of our vehicles must pass before they are offered for sale. This creates a piece of mind in choosing a car from Carville's Auto Mart in that our vehicles have been fully serviced and inspected and come with a 30 day safety guarantee. I really don't know what else was said but these are the items that Zach and Michael claim they had discussed with you and I am sad to hear that it came across the wrong way. I can ensure you we want to provide the best customer service for everyone at Carville's Auto Mart I would love to discuss this personally with you if you would like to contact me at the dealership. Reputation is important and I don't want it to affect everyone here at the dealership if it is just a few that are creating a problem. So please contact me in hopes it can make our customer service better.
