Can't believe they are still in business. Terrible company Carville completely screwed my husband and I over. I purchased my vehicle from them back in October 2015. The PT Cruiser (Loser) that I bought from them worked just fine for the first couple of months that I owned the car and then BAM! My car started having problems and overheating. We had to get a rental car so that we could go out of town in February and celebrate our 15th Wedding Anniversary because we couldn't take the car that we had just bought from Carville. The first time I took my car in they said that I had a bad radiator and fixed it. Two days later my car overheated again so I had to schedule another appointment to have it fixed. It took them forever to get me in again and I had almost hit my limit on miles for my warranty. They said that it was a bad radiator hose and now my car was fixed. A couple of weeks later my car started to smoke when I started it and every time that I accelerated. I called them again and they sent me to a different shop to have my car diagnosed. They had my car for a week and didn't care that I had to find a ride to and from work every day. The place I took it to said that it was a bad turbo, and the warranty that was purchased on the car specifically excluded the turbo, but I would be okay to drive my car. They said that it would be a little messy, would have to fill my car with oil all the time because the turbo is oil cooled, and I would be a little smoky. I tried to call the service manager for a week and never received a return call. At this point my miles are up on my warranty, but I still have to drive my car because I don't have any other way to get to work. I felt defeated and wanted to give up. I called again and still no one calls me back. After a few more weeks go by and my car is getting worse I called the service center again. Their manager tells me that she can work some kind of deal out with me and to bring it in a couple of days. When my husband goes to drop the car off they act like they have no idea why he is there and treats him terribly. I had to call and talk to the service manager again and she tells me that they are going to diagnose the car for the fourth time. She tells me that my turbo was not bad and that I had a leaky gasket valve. She tells me again that they have fixed my car and that it has stopped smoking. She also mentions that they will need to put a hose on my car the following week to complete the services. She even told me that I should be able to use my car without a problem. Now I have a car that will not run! I can't even take it to the shop, we can't get to and from work. I tried calling the service center again, NO RESPONSE, tried calling a manager at Carville, NO RESPONSE, I tried talking to the person that sold me the car. She tells me that she needs to get authorization from her manager to trade my crappy car for possibly another crappy car and that she will call me back, but once again NO RESPONSE. I called again the next morning and talked to an office manager at Carville. She tells me that she is going to have her general manager call back when he gets in at 10:00 am. Well, I got the same response as every other time, which was NOTHING! I would never recommend them to anyone. What a terrible experience followed by terrible customer service. If you are thinking of buying a car from them, erase that thought and run in the opposite direction! More

My experience I had an absolute great experience. I worked with Zack he did an outstanding job to make sure everything was good, and so that I could return to duty I had an absolute great experience. He worked extremely hard to get everything done on a super short timeline. He was outstanding and I would recommend him and Carvilles to anyone.
