Very upsetting My boyfriend and I bought a vehicle from here. Worst mistake ever. In the 2 months we have had the vehicle we have had so many mechanical problems. We My boyfriend and I bought a vehicle from here. Worst mistake ever. In the 2 months we have had the vehicle we have had so many mechanical problems. We have brought it in twice to have the same issue fixed (which was never done correctly and resulted in us having an un drive able vehicle now), we have called and attempted to talk go them over 20 times. Getting in touch with the service department is impossible, they never answer their phone. We have just gone down to the mechanic multiple times and he refuses to help without an appointment- although they only do appointments on two days of the week. This is our only vehicle for the two of us and a one and half year old little boy. Now we are out of a vehicle because the belt is about to snap and makes loud noises and a burning smell and noone there will answer any of their phones. We have had nothing but a horrible time with this place. It started off so good Rose & Tory were so nice. But we got sold a vehicle that was not mechanically up to par and it has been a headache trying to get all the issues fixed. Not to mention going in multiple times for the same issue? I should've never went to this place. More
