She was very attentive to our needs, no pressure and very informative. After much discussion and thought we (my wife and i) realized now was truly not the time for us to purchase a vehicle. Rose listened and understood exactly where we were coming from. She presented us with her business card and agreed to meet us anytime we were ready. Again, no strong-arm tactics, kind, professional Caring and down right pleasant as could be. She thanked us and said good by, this is the first and only place I will return to once we are financially ready to purchase a car. He listened to my gripes and promised me a better day next time I came in. Well I went back and the service was awesome Michelle was a great person to deal with and made the process go as quickly as possible. Once the deal was made she had to leave to go get her kids. But she explained this to me and then asked if it was ok if I finished with Jake. I said sure I understand I have kids to. Jake explained all the paperwork and warranty to me and was patient if I had any questions. Now even with a bad day one day it didn't keep me from. Using my fifth vehicle from carviles!!! Number five should tell you something! If they were a bad dealership it would have ended at number one! They will bend over backwards for you and not just to make a deal but because that's how they are there. Customers come first is how I have felt every time. Once again Michelle was awesome to deal with and when I decide to buy the bike here soon it will be from her! Experience is the best teacher In my search for a new vehicle, I dealt with a couple of "friends" who work for OEM dealerships here in GJ. I was looking for a one or two year old S In my search for a new vehicle, I dealt with a couple of "friends" who work for OEM dealerships here in GJ. I was looking for a one or two year old Subaru Legacy with low miles. While discussing different dealerships in town and Carville's Automart specifically, one "friend" who sales at an OEM said " oh, don't go there, they do bad business. So even though I know one of Carville's Sales people well, I stayed away. This same "friend" at the OEM told me my credit was bad and that I would need a cosignor to finance a car, which left me perplexed, as my credit isn't bad. I found a 2016 Subaru Legacy with 11k miles on Carville's website and called Jacob to discuss it. He made my purchase the easiest I've ever made. Oh and the financing, prime rate and no cosignor, if that's "bad business" more dealerships need to do it. If buying a vehicle at fair market value, getting good financing and having a smooth transaction are important to you, you better go see Jake at Carville's Auto! More
