Steve Snyder is awesome! So I was a new car buyer going into Carvilles with somewhat of an idea of what I wanted. I had my mom and I am a 20 year old female, so we don't know So I was a new car buyer going into Carvilles with somewhat of an idea of what I wanted. I had my mom and I am a 20 year old female, so we don't know too much. Steve didn't take advantage of us knowing that. We knew enough to get by. Steve had contacted me via email previous to meeting and he was always awesome and understanding. He did all he could to get me my Bug! It was on the line and barely out of detail, so I was the first one to test drive it and eventually buy it. Steve was real and calls himself "an awful salesman" because he wants his customers to be happy and safe in their new cars. And by real I mean he will try any car with you and as many as you need to look at to find the perfect one. I drove 3 cars before we came across the Beetle and so he knew that one was it as I squealed like a weirdo. Anyway, Steve is awesome and he even worked out a deal for my mom for the car I test drove previous to the bug and a week later he sent her home with that one also. Which is awesome to me! He was a breath of fresh air, he didn't push any cars on us ever and just wanted to know what we were looking for. If I ever need another car, or I want to trade my Beetle in (not for a loooong time), I hope Steve will still be there to work with. As id request him by name for sure. Also, he's looking to see what he can do for me regarding my beetles front bumper as it has duct tape on it from the previous owner; so he has been in contact with me since as the service department makes up their mind if they are fixing the bumper or not. So here's to hoping! Yay! More

best buy i ever made thank you lucas WENT TO CARVILLE'S lucas .was my salesmen i called ahead of time told him what i was looking for he had 2 trucks ready for me to test drive as soon WENT TO CARVILLE'S lucas .was my salesmen i called ahead of time told him what i was looking for he had 2 trucks ready for me to test drive as soon as i got their, i test drove the first truck being a 2005 Chevy 2500 hd duramax it was clean with lower miles compared to most diesel trucks in this town, found a fem small problems it had on the test drive the dealer was more than happy to fix the problems and gave me a lower price than orginal saw in the add i would defiantly buy from them again.
