I was also given a brand new Prius as a loaner for the duration of the repair. Initially, I was told it would be a 7-10 day job, but amazingly, it was completed within 24 hours! At my latest trip to have my Highlander serviced, they removed the engine and air filter to show me why they needed to be replaced.
