Replaced the battery but did not reset the instrument panel consequently the clock was wrong and the phone needed to be reconnected. MPH was set to KPH. I was told 3-4 hours. When I went to pick up my vehicle 3 1/2 hours later I was told it would be another 3-4 hours. I wouldn’t mind this time if I had planned for it. It was 4 days before Christmas and I had a lot to do. I was told it was a scheduling issue because different technicians were working on the rotation, oil, and brake job. This is all fine - just let me plan for a whole day of not having my vehicle. After my complaints, my husbands phone call, and the courtesy driver said he would try to hurry them along - I did get a phone call earlier than expected. This was a huge inconvenience that I believe could have been avoided. More

In 11/22 as part of my 30,000 service the desk rep insisted that I was to have my brake fluid replaced. Manual said it should be checked. I ended up paying $180+ unnecessarily. Called service manager insisted that I was to have my brake fluid replaced. Manual said it should be checked. I ended up paying $180+ unnecessarily. Called service manager in early 2023 three times and left messages, never got a call back. Finally talked with Shawn and he said the best that you could do was give me a free oil change. I have purchased three new cars from you. Not happy! More
