This isn't terrible, but always before they washed my car when it was finished. This time they didn't. It was just a nice thing on Carver's part to do and I really appreciated it. The service that was done to my vehicle as good. Except they did not check the brakes. Before I would see in the paper that the brakes were being check. Received above and beyond service both during and after sale. Shea covered all questions and maintenance requests by bending over backwards with nothing made up. Took vehicle in since it was difficult to shift out of park. They fixed that, but did not reconnect the lights which light up next to the gear shift to show which gear I am in. Service manager Holly was excellent, but service itself was very poor. Car window left open outside by tech on rainy day, Did not reset my screen after resetting my oil change parameters, obviously did not was very poor.
