Service advisor spoke down to wife in describing the coolant system operation and need for flushing. This is to occur every 50k miles or 4-5yrs and we had it done 18mo and 18k miles ago. He recommended other maintenance items that weren’t due for another 20k+ miles or several years. New tires were suggested but will measure the depth and get a second opinion/ tires most likely elsewhere More

The technician did not tighten the oil drain plug so it leaked. Almost 3 hours for an oil change is absolutely RIDICULOUS... never want Micheal Lucas to touch my vehicle again..... leaked.
